master of kung fu is one of those books where its genuinely really good except it's really hard to get people to read it cuz you have to be like Yes his dad is Fu Manchu but it gets really good once they stop being insanely racist

#master of kung fu #like as soon as it just becomes a spy comic its so good like easily one of the best comics of the 70s hm i might be bias #but its really good #honestly its actually pretty good when its insanely racist because its so over the top comical that its hard to take it seriously #like yeah fu manchu is blowing up mount rushmoore yeah shang-chi is saving his dad from nazis because even he doesn't deserve that #yeah hes fighting a alligator and a shark etc and hes talking to a lizard and he says shit like im a turtle with knowledge #yes he has a good buddy who calls him chinaman almost exclusively
