At the end of the day, dreams behavior towards his fans is gross and he encourages unhealthy parasocialism.

In the lead up to his video he said deeply awful and victim blaming things. He made that inappropriate joke with the tik tok/miners shirt. He has leagues of history lying, being racist, bigoted, and recent history continually being misogynistic. His fanbase makes me deeply uncomfortable and unsafe with the amount of shit that is said. He never truly stops his fanbase from doxxing ppl, even when he "says its bad". The way he deflects blame onto other people really shows how awful he is. The way the video is framed to not just address serious allegations tells you all you need to know about him (like why eas the dsmp in there brother). The way he'll accuse fellow friends of causing his family's doxxing just because he didn't answer his text and Dream was the only one causing drama. He's said leagues of inappropriate things to Tommy who was a minor at the time during the dsmp days. Dream is a liar, and he can never take accountability for his actions. He can make this video, but it doesn't erase what he said about potential victims leading up to it. Dream is bigoted and it's clear with that recent tweet where he victimizes himself he doesn't care about that either.

Lastly, I will never apologize for supporting potential victims ever. I will always support victims no matter what as a victim myself and because I know how disgusting the justice system is in preventing justice for victims.

I tried to kill myself last year because of my ED and chronic pain. I was in a coma for 2 days, in the hospital for 2 weeks, and am still suffering the after affects of the damage the 3 months worth of pills I swallowed did to my brain and body, and I'm still struggling with suicidal thoughts due to my many physical and mental illnesses. I just hope me exposing this cruel human will keep them from hurting anyone else who is also struggling.

Telling someone they have nothing to live for is so fucking beyond ok and I just want to warn anyone else who is suffering from chronic pain/illnesses/disabilities and mental illnesses/suicidal ideation that this person is a cruel and insensitive troll and to not let them rent space in your mind.

I reported them; anyone else who sees this please report this despicable behavior so they don't do any further damage to the mentally ill/chronically ill community here on Tumblr.

You can look at the amount of notes on said posts; this one has 27 replies with only 2 from me so they were harassing me all day with 25 comments while I went to some of my many appointments, so obviously I didn't get screenshots of them all, but the ones I did screenshot are more than enough proof that this person who told me I should just die and was trying to blame me for their mental state; saying I was guilty of something THEY actually did to ME, and that if they killed themselves it would be my fault... For simply making a post telling vulnerable people to be aware of them and their disgusting behavior because no one deserves to be told their life isn't worth living; especially when they've been fighting with those thoughts in their own mind for years and don't need some asshole online trying to push them over the edge towards suicide.

When I was a fucking child I knew that telling people to kill themselves is wrong. I'll start by saying I love JK so, so much. Adore him. Will always support him.

But for me, 3D is a misstep.

My feeling is Hybe should have reconsidered releasing it as it is.

JK's lyrics are fun and sexy. The innuendo is on point. The melody is great and the chorus has excellent sing-along value. Even though I'm not a huge pop music fan, I like the vibe.

The MV dancers are awesome, and I got a kick out of the fire hydrant metaphor.

And in that jacket with nothing under it, JK looks hot enough to melt asphalt.

However....

Including Jack Harlow's rap IMO is a mistake. It sucks, frankly. Not in a good way.

It not only misses the mark on the tone of the rest of the song but his lyrics are really just offensive. Misogynistic. And racial refrences are just... not cricket. It's 2023 not 1995, regardless of what his hairstyle tells you.

His lyrics sound like an incel bragging about their sex life when all they've ever done is watch porn. From his words, I doubt he knows how to please any person but himself.

His message is gross, but its still just... generic. Like he went to urban dictionary for spicy language and then googled how to treat women like shit. There's nothing original about what he's saying. He's not even being gross in an intersting way. It's gross AND boring.

I've been army since 2018 and this is the first BTS song I have tried to find merit in and given up.

I honestly tried to be into it and i just... can't. It doesn't sit well with me.

This is a new experience for me because even when BTS release something i don't immediately love, i still stream and watch and let it sink in, or I work on figuring out what I am missing and why it's ACTUALLY good even if i can't grasp it.

This... it's just... not good, in my opinion.

In a nutshell, I believe all adults who want to, should happily and shamelessly be doing ALL the horizontal tango. Every type, every day, in every way. With anyone and everyone they fancy as long as all parties are informed and consenting adults who are equally enjoying the experience.

Some criticisms i saw of Seven were about how dirty it was. A few people were upset because JK said fuck, and because he sang about how and when he liked to fuck. But more criticism was levelled at Letto. Why?

It seemed like it was because she's a woman, singing about sex.

Letto totally owns her sexuality and she knows what she wants. I snorted with delight at how deliciously filthy her lyrics were. Some very clever wordplay made her verse so visceral, and pretty shocking to the pearl-clutchers, without her ever saying anything directly. I really enjoyed it.

She was telling us straight up how good she is in bed. Good for her. She totally rocks. And she wasn't disrespecting anyone. She didn't need to do that to make herself cool AF.

The difference between Letto's rap and jack harlow's is that jack sounds like he's just looking at the women he's singing about as a hole to stick his dick in. Women have fought for long enough for equality and respect. They don't need this bullshit. You can sing about getting down, and you can be absolutely filthy and nasty and wild, and you can do it without degrading your partners.

I did read a theory about this song being social commentary on toxic masculinity. You can find it here and you can read it below:

Its not bad as a theory. At least it wouldn't be if Namjoon or Yoongi or Hobi - or Jungkook himself - had written the song. If that were the situation we'd see some inkling of self awareness in the rap, and maybe a hint of character development. But there's none.

If jack is trying to make a social statement^*, or play a character, he is not succeeding in showing any growth or humanity at all. He's really just that stereotype.

All I see is zero care factor about the actual person he's trying to get with. Which is quite different from JK's lyrics, which show awareness that he's interacting with a conscious, living human being, not a piece of furniture.

And how about, in his first verse "All my ABGs get cute for me"

Good god, really? Is he seriously saying this?

So its a no for me.

The ONLY saving grace is that there's an alternative version which is pretty fun. It's almost as if Hybe knew we would hate the version with jack harlow. Wow, such insight!

Now, i know that's not the only reason they made an alternative. They needed a clean version for US radio play (let's be real, what possible other purpose can this song serve? *°)

But they could have censored jack's... actually they couldn't. The rap verses can't be salvaged. They genuinely have no merit, the only hope for the song is totally removing them.

What does that tell you?

ARMY will no doubt still chart the main track but personally, I would feel morally compromised if i supported that version. So I'll stick to the alternative and hope for better things to come.

And it was no accident that it was released at lunchtime on Chuseok - the biggest famiily holiday of the year - when relatively few people in Korea would be available to engage with it. I know this is most definitely not related to Lily’s Owl House takes. But since many have brought it up, Lily is absolutely trying to push narratives that keep people in abusive situations.

It’s why she claims Hunter is an idiot for not realizing Belos is evil and doesn’t deserve redemption. It’s why Luz having complex feelings is “torture porn” and yet she deserves an unhappy ending.

And most recently with her new godawful video, Lily made the bold claim that Fifty Shades of Grey isn’t harmful- because abusers, misogynists, and creeps aren’t attractive like Christian Grey.

It’s outright disgusting how blatantly she pushes narratives that would actively keep victims away from speaking out, asking for help, or even just feeling emotions. Because Lily clearly doesn’t think victims deserve such things.

It’s also why she always pushes this narrative of killing abusers being the only way to escape. A task that is traumatic and in some cases outright impossible for victims, as it could more likely get them killed.

I just hate her so much that it brings me to actual tears hearing her repeat the same mantra as so many abusers I’ve seen.

Lily’s takes on abuse being terrible doesn’t surprise me in the slightest considering that she is an abuser herself. It’s gross how Lily treats Hunter and Luz’s traumas as if they are something they should get over quickly, rather than permanent scars that don’t easily fade away.

People have commonly told me how Lily’s takes on these two directly reflect how she sees victims of trauma and abuse, how she sees her own victims. And I completely believe it.

Something that became especially disturbing with this in mind is when in the Luz section of her fandom torture video, where, she directly lists an experience she had with a past girlfriend who acted like Luz, constantly shutting herself out and always acting miserable no matter how hard Lily tried to support her…and, Lily broke up with that girlfriend despite the mental turmoil she KNEW she was going through, because she saw her being toxic to not only herself but to Lily.

Given Lily’s own takes on Luz’s trauma and how she sees Luz during her depression arc, you can probably imagine how ABSOLUTELY disgusting of Lily this comes across as, to just abandon someone while they are going through intense emotional turmoil and in need of a support system because supporting them became “too hard” for you. Fuck. Off.

And before anyone tells me “Lily is not responsible for anyone’s happiness” first of all, she was probably the last thing resembling a support system this person had, as a girlfriend she should try to support this person when they are going through some shit, second of all, Lily could have at the very least tried to help this person by suggesting they talk with a professional about their issues like therapist or some shit. But no. She abounded this person because she didn’t want to support them any more.

And she wanted Amity to do the same thing to Luz. Because she sees Luz the same way she saw that past girlfriend. Now first there’s the first question of is this person was even real or not since Lily has made shit up about her real life before, and since this person would have spoken up about their experiences with Lily by now…but I have a theory for why they might have not done that….

….Lily once made a post on her old blog answering an ask about what to do when someone is going to commit suicide, and Lily’s response just boiled down to “just let it happen, you can’t stop it”…..

So people... Genuinely believe... The AI generated looking account of being Shelby's cousin is real?

For context someone who said they were Shelby's cousin blames shelby for the abuse, said she mad them cry and that she did it to herself. And that she was yelling at Wilbur and to support Wilbur.

Shelby commented on it saying that she only had one cousins and it clearly wasn't them.

Now people are questioning why "she got so defensive" to a fan account.

You assume this allegation is true but don't assume that someone could be using AI to write that (because it was screenshot of text with a popular image of Wilbur in the background) because they like him?

Did you not assume that maybe... Just maybe, someone would (like Emma) make up some random BS for personal gain and then exploit it?

Did you not assume that with an Apology come with the acknowledgement that you did those things? Because Wilbur didn't deny it. He expressed he did do it actually, he just did a terrible job of justify it.

Did your assumption not lead you to the conclusion that text is easier to fake then a real person with real tears telling you?

Did you not assume that it's become a trend to fake things for clout?

Did you not look back and go "but there was tons of evidence BEFORE shelby said anything"?

Did you not go back and think, shelby's a person and she's allowed to be upset. She also knows her own family and probably know the social media account that her family uses, so it can't certainly be that person?

Or do you have your values so far up, that you cannot see AI when its right in front of you.

If you can't see one of these many things, then either you need to think about yourself and do some soul searching or your genuinely deluded.

There was even a comment say it looks like an AI generated response, and guess what? When I went back to take a ss of it for this post the user had suddenly been reported and suddenly couldn't use there account.

okay i think ive come to the conclusion that i dont really fit in with most other trans women, like personality wise, and thats okay. Like i think recently a lot of trans women, not just on tumblr, have been making me think i have to be kinky and bizarre or something, be blasé about transitioning or gender roles, or even just like be okay with some borderline harassing behavior. Its okay if that is you (except the harassing behavior some of yall need to work on that), but like thats not really me. Acting this way just makes me feel bad. Just ignoring that Im a total straightedge, that im like a 1 on the Kinsey scale now. Ever since i was like 11 my biggest desire is just like being a normal cis girl. I always am happiest embracing basic American femininity, and i only just re-realized this after after it helped me get out of a depressive episode (along with antidepressants and an increased estrogen dose). I don't care if im "enforcing gender roles", because i fucking love female gender roles (in modern American culture) cause they make me feel like not-a-piece-of-shit. Also i don't strictly adhere to many anyways. And i just don't think terfs would have any issues with cis girls who love the color pink, flowers, being boy crazy, and dreaming about being a mother. So like why should I feel like its wrong to like that stuff? I don't think there is anything wrong with it. And you know if you don't have that relationship with gender that is fine, you need to do what makes you happy, that's why feminism exists. I dont like when people here imply being a trans woman entails being sexual cause like i just want to be normal and that stereotype is harmful, especially to transgender children who are really likley to be targeted for some kind of sexual abuse because theyre trans and being trans is already sexualized more than it needs to be. Adults can navigate that to some extent, but not kids; I couldnt really navigate that when i started transitioning in middle school and im lucky it only stayed online. I think "why GenZ went puritan" is a mix of factors, one is algorithm, we have a whole generation with just a very small number of social media, vs the millennials we grew up on message boards we had to find ourselves, GenZ started off with twitter, etc and an algorithm that fed them content, with little to no skills to find their own experience so this is in part a way to impose their taste on a world that they feel like they have little control over "why don't people make...." I guarantee they do, but people don't have the skills to find a book not being pushed by a TikTok influencer who landed in their feed through algorithm

another factor I think is that people are being pushed by the Trump/post-Trump zeitgeist to be responsible while also being disempowered. Besides, it doesn’t matter that much because this is a fictional character and not an actual person, so it’s nothing to really fight over— unless people who believe this actually support/enjoy/do non-con and other such gross things in real life, in which case— kindly omit yourself from this planet because you are sick and we don’t need people who actually find shit like this “hot” or would even do it themselves. Fuck you, I am a victim. If you like to believe this aspect is canon because it adds something for you (that is hopefully not erotic or romantic…) then do what you want, I guess. Not my thing, but I can just stay away from it so it’s not a big deal. Again, it is a fictional character but your opinions on what they do is REAL and can affect you and your actions.

Also when you post about that shit and justify it or whatever, you’re making multiple people feel unsafe and you’re making multiple rapists feel VERY safe, just so you know. So maybe make it clearer that you’re not about that in reality.

Anyway, all that done, let’s talk about the more specific and less important argument;

I see people so often characterize Hannibal as someone who is okay with or practices non-con and other such sexually heinous things, based on his attitude and actions in the show.

In my opinion, while we see Hannibal commit obviously horrible things— like murder and cannibalism, creating awful power imbalances and malpractices, as well as performing non-consensual and non-sexual actions on others— we don’t see him doing anything sexually heinous, and in my opinion I don’t believe he would do so.

For one, he encourages Margot to kill her abuser, Mason. Not that this isn’t a thing he would do regardless, but he also drugs and has Mason self-torture, paralyzes Mason to elongate his suffering and to also leave the revenge up to Margot herself, and even aids in the killing of Mason. We do know that he sexually violates Mason, but it isn’t for sexual motivation, as it is a clinical violation in order to harvest his sperm. I will admit, this is rather gross and sexually heinous, but not done for sexual pleasure or in support of sexual assault (rather the opposite I’d think).

This post I saw pointed out that Hannibal also said that he “liked this dragon” in regard to Francis Dolarhyde, who sexually assaulted his victims. This is a good point, and the only real opposition I have for this is that he only said so to get on Will’s nerves, or that he meant it in an entirely different way— that he’d like to kill the dragon/have Will kill the dragon, as that’s why he’d sent the man to his house in the first place (not knowing Will wouldn’t necessarily be there), because Francis already had a vendetta against Will and Hannibal would like to have Will get back into killing. I do know that Hannibal is well-aware of Francis’s crimes, as he reads about them through the paper and so I can’t say that he didn’t know about the necrophilic part of his killings, and that any of them very well could’ve been subject to it. I can only refute by saying he expected Will to kill Dolarhyde and “become the dragon” before any of that could happen.

Hannibal’s whole motto is “eat the rude” and I’d say people who commit sexually heinous crimes would be considered very rude, and he even seems to dislike them when they’re not even targeting himself.

This is not about projecting morality onto dark characters as much as it is my personal take and also to those who need to hear it: stop projecting your creepiness onto dark characters. They can be dark characters without being sexually disturbing.

I guess, personally, I’d just like to have a favorite character/favorite ship that does not perform/support sexual violations. Don’t know how you can fault me for that.

Few stupid and less stupid headcanons of the Twilight universe. 

A/N: These are my own opinions and I realized that I had a lot less to say about the Twilight universe than I had with TVDU. @sarahelizabeth_talks on TikTok is amazing and I pretty much agree with her every Twilight take. The stupid ones are more like they don’t have any canon content behind them so they are just what I think of.

Jane and Alec view Aro as their dad and on the other hand Aro is super protective of them (especially with Jane). More than once over the centuries the twins have called Aro their father as an accident and Aro respectfully ignores it because he knows that if the twins had realized it they would have been mortified with shame. 

All of the higher Volturi guards have movie nights where they talk shit and talk about any drama that’s happening with the lower guards. They also get jealous when Aro is trying to make a vampire join the coven because of their powers. 

Carlisle and Aro were dating when Carlisle was a part of the coven. (Fight with the wall.) (I feel like I want to write a gothic, dark academia, religious undertones fic about them!!) 

Carlisle was born in the 1700s so he is quite religious and he goes to church with Esme on major holidays. It makes him feel more human and helps him to remember how he doesn’t want to hurt people. 

Rosalie and Emmett get married again every once in a while, that’s a fact. But I think Rosalie’s dresses are never pure, stark white. She likes to be a bit out of the box with stuff like this. 

Jessica will be a successful woman who takes no shit from anyone. She and Angela will stay as really good friends their whole life. (Justice for the human characters!!)

After a few years of happy family life, Bella will break up with Edward and they try to co parent Rigatoni (Renesmee) but both of them are really bad at it. (After that Bella will start to drink human blood and Edward will be disgusted by it.)

Renaissance (Renesmee) will be weirded out when she realizes that her parents were so okay with the whole imprinting thing. For a while she doesn’t speak to anyone of the coven + Jacob. 

If you read the similar post about the TVDU, in that one I said that all vampires are some sort of queer and I would like to say the same shit with this universe too but fuck Twilight vampires are so heteronormative. 

All of the Cullens have so many unpaid speeding tickets and that's one reason why they have to move around. They also owe millions to the tax department. 

Caius is a fashion nerd. The man loves expensive and luxurious clothing. 

Jacob in his wolf form once slipped while running next to a river. He fell into the water being drenched. Later, all of the pack members laughed at him and he is still a bit embarrassed about it but it’s all in good fun. 

Bella was really grossed out when in New Moon Edward states that he is like 109 and for a moment Bella was ready to break up with him.
