if my mental and physical health keep declining like this I might actually need to quit my job lmao
#like yeah i'm not disabled to the point i cannot do any work ever BUT#i can only do work when i put 120% into it and only for a year at most as i'm currently realising#like physically and mentally i'm almost back in the trenches of 2021/2022#and if a part time job does that to me? idk man. idk how much harder i'm supposed to try at this point#just take me out back and shoot me. would solve a bunch of problems at once
