So if Precinct 41 is really soooo understaffed and overworked and handling the workload of 4 precincts already, and the whole C-Wing is in shambles bc of Harry’s antics, why do they want Martinaise so badly, to the point of staging a whole cop contest over it? It seems like they’re majorly screwing themselves over just for the sake of posturing? Why take on even more work, all for the dubious privilege of policing a few busted streets? Why don’t they just hand it off to the 57th, who seem to have more manpower and better equipment and less personnel troubles, and focus on the gigantic caseload they apparently already h oooohhhh right they want harbor access for Le Retour.
