i love so much about the hotd dragons except that. they have bat arm-wings.
#like i suppose in terms of scientific anatomics it's probably the more likely configuration for a dragon to exist in really#the whole arms (forelegs) and more arms (wings) is sort of. a challenge and doesn't make a huge amount of sense functionally#so many shoulders#but also. dragons™ have six limbs y'know? that is a wyvern#((this is semantics and not even semantics everyone adheres and arguably dragon is the umbrella term anyway bUT---))#anyway. vhagar's big nasty komodo dragon design is soooooo good#it's a little strange how they don't really explain if like. the Body Shapes And Features have a reason for being different?#but. i realize technically the taxonomy of the dragons isn't really the focus here#i just want it to be ;skjfdg;ldksjfg
