Superman Family #214 (1982)

I hate it when I find a perfect little freak of a character and then discover that was their only appearance ever :(( Anyway, here's an excellent freak I found. Despite being a one-off character, he's given a surprisingly good and interesting backstory! I swear had he been a Batman villain, he could have gotten another story. Freaky little guys with no superpowers are the backbone of this franchise and that's why I like it here. Superman villains tend to need to be super powered creatures from distant planets where as the average Batman villain is just some mentally ill bisexual from down the street. Much more relatable.
