vincent immediately bonding with einar upon meeting him during the trip from ala mhigo to garlemald in EW and one of the first things he does is shows off his leg to him and steph because he's certain they'll get a kick out of a magitek prosthetic.

#i feel he'd also end up outting himself as being a wol at this point #like gaius knows he told him at one point or another. but otherwise he hasn't really talked about it with anyone #it's one of those things that he's both glad and upset that nobody remembers him because it was a bad time of his life #but also man he hates that he did so much any nobody recognizes him lol #i like to think thancred remembers at some point and cid. and there's a garlean soldier who i still have to name that does #but that's about it #the soldier is a friend. vincent saved his life by pulling him from a ruined mec and then the guy saved vincent's when his leg got blown of #yea i need to give the dude a name lol #he's a chill guy. bit freaked out when vincent saved him. lashed out and was the one who gave V that scar on his face #but once he realized he wasn't about to be killed he was fine. ended up risking his life to drag vincent back to the alliance for help #i mean he booked it back to his regiment because he wasn't defecting just helping someone who helped him #plus he had a wife and daughter back home and he wanted to go back to them #him and vincent reunite in garlemald during EW and he gets to meet his family #i should write about that sometime lol #man like all my little fics have been about him so far. i really should work on the one of raya soon before i write another vincent oneshot
