I woke up early and went on a run today. Like help, someone inject me with the obsession juice before I turn chronically normal
#I've been using nose strips for the past few days#and I've been waking up feeling well rested??????#like turns out my nose might be a bit fucked because I can actually breathe when I wear them??#gotta love being told by every adult my entire life that I'm just out of shape when there's probably some underlying medical issue#like fr exercise is so much easier when you're not in a constant panic about not being able to breathe enough#wild rambles
