you know i love the nhs i wouldn't be without it but jesus fucking christ i never want to deal with it again in my adult lifetime
#my gp now doesn't let me book an appointment to get a repeat prescription i've got to request via email#BUT THEY DON'T REPLY TO THE EMAIL TO TELL ME IF THE PRESCRIPTION EXISTS???#you don't even get a fucking receipt of the email i've got no idea what happened to it post-send#like cool thanks babe i'll just sit here in unmedicated limbo until i hear back i guess?#and when i phone up to complain that i've not heard its 'oh it's been sitting here for weeks'#this is literally the most basic of medical requests god forbid anything major goes wrong with me#anyway love and light. fuck the tories. fund public services.
