It just hit me that for most of the story Yuji actually was walking around with a new heart made by Sukuna, who ripped out the first one.
#like I'm sitting here watching ballet vlogs (motivation for a jjk fic) and then at random#i thought about the detention center arc because then I remembered how silly sukuna looked in the manga (his little smile gets me)#as he was standing there with a hole he put there in yuji's chest#and then it hit me yuji actually had two hearts throughout the story his first heart and then that second one sukuna replaced#huh... that's wild#just when i thought yuji couldn't get even more 'potential horror humanoid abomination'... i adore him#just kiya's thoughts#jjk#jujutsu kaisen#itadori yuji#yuji itadori#sukuna#ryomen sukuna
