went back to splatoon 2 yesterday and discovered a nice lifehack: reading a book while waiting for enough players to join. splat 3 there isn't enough time to really get into the book, but splat 2 has enough time for you to read but not so much time that you get bored again 👍

i also keep a big jug of water by my chair so that every time I'm gaming, I'm also hydrating! 10/10 do recommend

here is a ‘lifehack’ for me personally, one thing about me is that I will get stuck at da dinner table and then the whole evening is ‘late’ BUT I will likely be stuck on my phone so if I set a phone alarm for arbitrary time that would be good to cease and desist, clicking the alarm notification to make it stop automatically takes me away from the apps 👍

of course you can just. Go back to them. BUT sometimes getting kicked off when the alarm goes off is enough to be like ‘remember. You are doing the thing again.’
