Just watched the episode Collusion of Miraculous and when I realized Ms. Bustier's partner is a woman I was thinking of how much I loved that for her. At the end of the episode they kissed and I had to pause it bc I was so surprised and happy.
I know other shows have had more representation but Miraculous first episode aired in 2015, the same year that gay marriage was legalized in the US. Idk it just still hits me sometimes about representation in kids TV shows and how important small things like that are. Kids TV has come very far since 2014 (When Korra and Asami Held Hands) and I feel like people forget how recent that still was bc this is still big for some of us to see.
idk I don't make posts often but I don't have ppl to talk to about miraculous and It really made me happy
