#so the other night i essentially overdosed on caffeine#i'd had about 2g before my exam#and got so jittery and fast#and then the throwing up started#once i'd crashed#i think i threw up about 20-30 times over the course of 24 hours#by the end it was dry heaving/stomach acid and it was so g#horrible i couldn't even keep water and paracetamol down#fucking horrible#i wanted to go to hospital at one point because i was losing so much water and it just. wasn't. stopping. and i was in so much fucking pain#lesson to learn kids!!! don't have 2g of caffeine over one (1) night!!!#maybe don't pull all nighters at all#the complete disregard for my health i've had over this year's exams has been shocking tbh#like there's the ed and now this#i was better than this even during A2s
