Soundwave control? idk#domeniques eye was probably some kind of hypnosis tech though i assume although that too is pretty crazy#but Midvalley heard frequencies on his own he didn't use the horn for that#And even if all of these powers were actually technological there's no way baby Legato would have gotten it somehow#maybe the others but not him#Trigun
