i have four google docs, translate, genius lyrics, two ao3 tabs, three tumblr tabs, youtube, and spotify pulled up and i'm using ALL of them to write two fics at once, pretty much. i am Living
#treewords#my writing process is unknowable and ever-changing#i don't even know what the fuck i'm doing#i listen to the Wrong music and just get distracted thinking too deep about the lyrics for a while before i remember i'm supposed to be#writing something#i go to youtube to look up a sound byte that will make me laugh while i'm writing angst and before you know it i'm watching crime time#yes yes sneeg is very inspiring and very distracting#pulling up chara refs and past fics to reference back to#translating single words so i don't have to bother with accuracy#searching for lyrics when spotify doesn't have them#having maps pulled up bc i care too much about location#leaving that guitar tab open because I'll Play That Song One Day#anywayyyyy#2:23 AM local time
