I may have religious trauma but I also have the knowledge of hundreds of shows so wholesome that the religous channels approved of them.
#Growing up being raised by your latina grandma meant that I watched the religious channels religiously (pun intended)#(it also means I cried once when she “caught” me watching Wizards of Waverly place but that's a conversation for another day)#religious shows are genuinely wholesome tho (?#leaving behind the whole adoctrination part 💀 they are slow paced or maybe it's just that TV shows used to be more slow paced#tbf some decades have passed#regardless the point is that they bring me lots of joy and inner peace#there's also lots of puppets and songs and genuinely great art
