there's something about dressing as a fat person when it comes to layers specifically. there's outfits i have that i wont wear without layers, but some of them make me look a bit more ???? while others are real good, despite being more or less the same vibe all around

#learning to dress nice as a fat person in my mid/late 20's is wild #i still prefer tshirts and either a casual skirt or pants as a ez look but sometimes more is nice #but when you get into that territory you gotta start being strategic. which i don't mind. but it's very. idk. rough #you can look frumpy easy which skinny people can make look good but if you're a fat person and look frumpy? sin! sin! :/#there's soooooo many outfits/clothes these days that i see on skinny people and im like. damn i want that. it would NOT look like that on m #and im not saying this to put me down im doing this as just. an observation i've had #oh ESPECIALLY as someone who wears skirts and dresses and more 'feminine' leaning things but does NOT wear makeup in the same way #in a 'full face' way. nah i can't do that. i can hardly do the smudgy stuff i love to do now #ugh this is just me rambling about how as a fat person i can wear the same exact thing as a skinny person #and it'll be an entirely different outfit on me vs them! it's wild!!
