what it feels like suffering micro aggressions daily at work not only for being brown & Muslim but also for existing as a fucking woman lmaoo
#didn't know it was possible but this new job has an intense anti-woman issue#leadership is trying to combat the issue but it's creating more backlash bc the men have 0 patience or empathy#anyway i'm the only woman across multiple departments and i have to hear them complain about women all day
