hellooooo i thought i might share the modlist i use for Default/E3/Cinematic masc V :] it's basically the default preset with minimal slider adjustments and a couple of mods to enhance textures.

Modlist:

4K Complexions for Male V - use Complexion 1, make sure all your graphic settings are set to max to prevent any issues

E3 Cinematic V Earrings

E3 2018 Samurai Jacket (optional) - replaces the blue Samurai jacket

High Res Hair and Beards - use 4K version

High Res Cyberware - use 4K version

Sliders:

Eyebrow color: 01 (default is 04)

Eye color: 05 (default is 09)
