(e.g. Joella's overconfidence being seen as cringe and unwarranted; Lexi for being lowkey upset every time she's safe; Lana for thinking she's serving something that she's not; and Suzie thinking she'd be in the top with that mid snatch game)

but if you think about it, being delusional is kind of a requirement for drag and i'd argue queens HAVE to be delusional otherwise nobody is gonna buy into the fantasy! like why should we believe you're fierce if you don't believe it yourself?

"God! You scared me"

another Jewelzie fanfic!!!! This is based on a part of a glee episode😭😭 I really don't remember what episode or season is, but yeah😭😭

Summary: After a few months of dating, Lana learns something that could change everything between Jewels and Suzie.

Suzie was happy, a few months ago she had started her relationship with Jewels. At first it was a little difficult, mostly because of Jewels' friends... Mostly Lana, just Lana. She could understand that she didn't want her best friend's heart to be broken, but thanks to the love that Jewels and Suzie felt for each other, she relaxed more, she even started talking to Suzie (and not just to threaten her!).

"Hello." Suzie said, waving to the taller girl, who nodded back.

Suzie leaned against the lockers, looking at Lana with a smile on her face and saying nothing.

"Why are you looking at me like that? I'm not going to give you chocolate again, the other time you were crazy..." She said closing her locker.

"I don't want chocolate! That can hurt the baby, I saw it on the internet." After that Suzie continued talking, but Lana really wasn't interested in any of that.

"Susana Toot... What the fuck did you just say?" She asked, clearly angry.

"I asked you if you would like to go to the clown museum -" She couldn't finish speaking because Lana pushed her against the lockers.

"First, the baby thing!"Suzie covered her mouth, embarrassed.

"Sorry, I missed it." She looked down, playing with her hair nervously.

"Don't tell Jewels, I don't want her to get scared."

Lana laughed sarcastically and grabbed Suzie's ear, forcing her to walk towards where Jewels was.

"You're a fool! I KNEW IT, I knew I couldn't trust you, you're a little slu-"

"Lana!" Jewels said, separating both girls and hugging her girlfriend. "My God, how did you think of that?" She looked at Lana angrily as she tried to comfort the redhead.

"You'll understand when Suzie tells you, if she has the courage to do so..."Jewels rolled her eyes, it wasn't the first time Lana saw Suzie do something and immediately make a drama about it. Both she and the rest of her friends (Arriety, Acacia Kori and Lydia, who were also there) had gotten used to it.

"Let's see, what did you do Suzie? Make eye contact with someone for more than two seconds?" She asked sarcastically. Her friends laughed, but Jewels was worried when she saw how Suzie just looked away. "Suzie, what happened?" She asked more seriously.

The shorter girl sighed and looked at her group of friends.

"Honestly, I like that you're all here to tell each other..." Arriety and Kori looked at each other, knowing them they were probably judging everything that was happening."I'm going to have a baby."

Silence."What?" Jewels was silent for a few seconds. "Are you... You know... Pregnant?" Jewels collapsed as she watched her girlfriend nod.

Lana hugged the black-haired girl and comforted her."I told you, you can't trust redheads."

Kori and Lydia were surprised, they knew their friend and they had never seen her capable of cheating on her partner.

"You cheated on me? And with a man?!" Jewels said crying, feeling her makeup ruin.They were lucky that most people had already gone to class (or gone to the mall instead of going to class).

Suzie looked at her confused.

"No, you're the father." Suzie smiled at Jewels, who looked at her confused and angry.

"My God, I think she took drugs..." Arriety said, trying to see Suzie's pupils to see if her theory was correct.

"Explain." Kori said, trying to hold back her laughter.

"A few days ago some storks started making a nest on the roof of my garage."

"That... What does that have to do with your pregnancy?" Jewels asked.They were all confused, looking into each other's eyes to try to understand what was happening.

"It has everything to do with it, silly!" Suzie laughed. "It's obvious that they are preparing to bring our kid!"

Suzie looked both ways, making sure no one was listening to them.

"Don't tell anyone, but I know where babies come from."

At that moment Kori and Arriety burst into laughter, Jewels looked at her friend, who was also confused.

Jewels took both girls' hands and led them to the bathroom, before a teacher caught them.

"Suzie, did you go to the doctor?" Jewels asked worriedly.

"I already told you it's not necessary, I just have to look out the window." Suzie smiled and grabbed Jewels' hand.

"Are you stupid or you just fake it?" Lana asked, crossing her arms. "Haven't you ever been to a biology class?"

"Lana!" Jewels shut her up. "Look... I've had enough for today... My makeup is ruined and I got the scare of my life. Lana, stop suspecting my girlfriend for doing the smallest thing. Suzie, now I understand why you always fail biology, I'll start helping you with that. Now let me rest." Jewels sighed as she sat on the toilet while running her hands through her hair.

Lana and Suzie left the bathroom, with no one in the hallway (Surely they had taken the other three to the director's room).

"Sorry for scaring you." Suzie said.

"Yes... Sorry for insulting you and hurting your ear... And for criticizing your hair color, the truth is that it's pretty." Suzie smiled at Lana and hugged her. "Not to much." The taller girl pulled her away and gave her a small smile."And what was that museum you were talking about before?"
