FFXIII looms in my mind as a game with so much missed potential. Gorgeous soundtrack, beautiful environments, a story about hope (ha) in the face of despair, and it still just... fell so short of what it could've been.

...XIII-2 was better.

#ffxiii-2 gave me what i always want in stories #time travel bullshit and a cute girl protag.#serah farron they could never me hate you!!!#...i never played lightning returns. i just don't find lightning interesting.#i own it. i think it's in my closet somewhere. i just never felt compelled to play it #..............ffxiii also had the fal'cie and they are my JAM.#barthandelus could've been made for me #his reveal scene. ugh.
