theres a few things kylie really prides herself on and its loyalty and honesty.. like no matter what you are to her - sister, mother, lover, best friend, she expects the same amount of loyalty and honesty she gives you . like, theres no faster way to break your relationship with her then to lie or betray her. because while its going to hurt, itll hurt you ten times more.

fun facts ; kylie is very much big on traveling, like seeing new things and doing new things is so big to her? even more so now that she has stormi, like she so badly wants stormi to see the beauty of the worlds . fun fact number two is that my baby is affectionate, like little things such as hand holding, hugs, resting her head on your shoulder is such a her thing? she tries not to be because she feels like shes a weirdo for being like it but sometimes she just cant help it.

and like yeah shes kind hearted? but dont take it as a weakness? im telling you, the attitude, pettiness, and pure insensitiveness that comes with being on her bad side is not pretty. not that shes going to blast on social media ( for the most part ) but cutting you out of her life and acting like you never exist tends to hurt just as much.

stormi is the biggest part of kylies life, and the most important. and it will definitely show. the tolerance she has for bullshit and disrespect for and around her child is on the ground. with that in mind, you cannot be just anyone and think you are even going to catch a glimpse of stormi. she takes who she lets her kid be around and what she exposes her kid to seriously.

her career is something else that holds a big part of her .. in short terms she worked way too hard to be belittled nor pushed down to the bottom once again . she is literally a workaholic. beside stormi of course, kylie cosmetics is her BABY.

her baby, career, friends and family are the only serious parts of kylies life? like the few things she just does not play with when it comes down to it ? like other then that the girl is not serious at all . like i said she has such a light personality you would never expect the raging bitch the fierce ass person that comes out when it comes to them.

she leans a lot on the people shes close too, like they mean a lot to her. shell always make time for them, always do stupid little things to make their day and remind them of just how important they are to her.

 when having a child? kylie had a plan.. and it was always to be a family. i mean she grew up in a really big one, and it was literally her prime example of what she wanted and needed.. so her and travis not being together has been a little hard on her . shes getting through it though, and kind of just accepting that life certainly does not always fit your plans. 

relationships are also super weird to her? like with a baby being involved she cant just be? getting cosy too fast. so like she ‘dates’, as in goes on dates, has fun.. but serious relationship need to be taken real slow by her. just because theres a lot on the line? and she is super vulnerable when shes with someone and thats not something she just lets anyone have the opportunity to see so like she needs to make sure youre legit.

Another day, another pregnancy rumor… and once again, Miley Cyrus is at the center of it all.

Hey everyone it’s Sussan Mourad here for Clevver News and rumors are flying that Miley MAY be pregnant.

She and her new hubby Liam Hemsworth just hit the Met Gala pink carpet as a married couple for the first time this past Monday. She posted a photo of herself and Liam with the caption, “Daddy & Mommy.”

Now this is where it gets a little mixed up in the comments. So if you swipe left on that photo, you’ll see a SECOND picture… which a lot of people thought was Miley and her ACTUAL Mommy, Tish. Like this user who said: “Thought she meant she was pregnant for a second then saw the second picture” which was further echoed in the comments.

So she was referring to Liam as “Daddy” in that first one..

And then the assumption is that it was a false alarm and that she was referring to her mom as mommy. HOWEVER, it actually isn’t her mom in the second picture. LOOK CLOSELY, it’s actress Demi Moore! So, this then asks the question, WHO IS MOMMY?? And was Miley referring to herself and giving us all a hint that she’s pregnant??

This isn’t the first time rumors circulated about Miley being pregnant. Back in January, Miley shut rumors down in a tweet. It was around the time that weird photo of an egg was going viral on Instagram… you know, the one that surpassed Kylie Jenner’s first photo of Stormi in likes, making it the MOST liked photo on Instagram.

Miley tweeted “I’m not “Egg-expecting” but its “Egg-celent” to hear everyone is so “Happy For Us”… we’re happy for us too! “Egg-cited” for the next chapter in our lives…. Now, can everyone leave me alone and go back to staring at an egg?”

Liam also recently talked with GQ about having a family with Miley. He said although they’re hoping to have some kids one day… he’s going to have to wait for his current furry family to shrink down a bit.

Liam told GQ: “Once we don’t have so many dogs. You couldn’t bring a baby into our house right now. But one day, we’ll know when it’s right. But right now? Not for the time being.”

When he was asked how many kids he’d want, he rattled off numbers like “10..15.. maybe 20.”

I’m all for Miley and Liam having babies but…. TWENTY?!

Celebrity Protects His and His Son’s IP

DJ Kahled and his son’s company sued an online retailer named Curtis Bordenave and his company, Business Moves Consulting, Inc., alleging that they are illegally using he and his son Asahd’s intellectual property.

Most of you likely know who DJ Kahled is, but I had not heard of him before reading about this dispute.  When I asked my friend Friday night about him, she said “I know he is famous but I can’t tell you why.”  In looking at the Complaint, I found that “Kahled has enjoyed tremendous success in the United States and beyond as an entertainer, record producer, radio personality, radio label executive, and media celebrity.”  Wow.  It appears I have been missing out.

DJ Kahled himself owns the KAHLED mark in connection with musical sound recordings musical video records, Disc jockey services, and other entertainment services.

DJ Kahled’s son, Asahd Tuck Kahled, is frequently featured on Instagram. The complaint asserts that Asahd has become a social media phenomenon.  He has lots of followers on Instagram (a social media I need to start using more—I have an account that I only use right now to communicate with my niece and nephew).

In addition, DJ Kahled is challenging Bordenave’s filing an application for “We The Best Lifestyle,” which infringes on his trademark WE THE BEST®.  DJ Kahled has registered the WE THE BEST® trademark in connection with, among other goods and services, musical recordings, entertainment services, online retail clothing store services, recordings and clothing and e-cigarette liquid.

Khaled frequently uses the saying “We the Best.”  Forbes even wrote an article entitled “How many Times can DJ Kahled say ‘We the Best’ in 40 seconds?” in November 2014.

Kahled worked the circuit using his catch phrase “We the Best” on shows such as The Ellen Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Live with Kelly and Ryan, The Chew, Rachel Ray, The Daily Show, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night With Seth Meyers, and Good Morning America.  Kahled formed ATK Entertainment, Inc. to protect his infant son’s interests.

The complaint alleged that “Plaintiffs bring this action to halt the brazen attempt by trademark pirates…to usurp and trade on the names and trademarks of world-famous entertainer Rahled M. Kahled, known popularly as “DJ Kahled, and his 18-month old son, Asahd Tuck Kahled.”  It further describes Bordenave’s actions as “parasitic  conduct and bad-faith act.”  Specifically,  DJ Kahled and his son’s company brought various claims of violation of both Kahled and his son’s trademark rights and right of publicity under New York state law.  Not all states have such laws. Minnesota does not. See a former Duets post on the subject, here.

Specifically, DJ Kahled and his son’s company have brought claims under the New York Right of Privacy Act (N.Y. Civ. Rights Law §§ 50-51), trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act and common law, state law claims under the New York Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 349), and commercial defamation.  Finally, they brought a declaratory judgment action seeking a declaration that they are not violating any rights of Bordenave or his company.

Kahled alleges damage because Bordenave attempted to interfere with a deal that Kahled had made with Nike to use his son’s name in conjunction with Michael Jordan to sell clothes.

This is not Bordenave’s first rodeo. The complaint states that he is a “serial trademark infringer.” Bordenave and his company have previously applied to register:

CARDI-B—which is the name of a well-known rapper

STORMI COUTURE—which it applied to register within a month of the birth of Kylie Jenner’s daughter Stormi Webster.

The complaint also alleges Bordenave improperly filed six other trademark applications based on other famous people, television stations or radio stations.

This appears to be a new trend with the rich and famous:  promoting your kids names to sell products.  Other famous parents have sought trademarks in connection with their children’s names.  For example, Beyoncé and Jay Z applied for the mark BLUE IVY CARTER® in connection with numerous goods and services, including but not limited to, entertainment services, fragrances, cosmetics, skin care products, metal key chains and metal key rings, DVDs, CDs, and audio and visual sound recordings featuring musical performances, handheld and mobile digital electronic devices, baby teething rings, baby strollers and book, bags, and hair accessories. Beyoncé’s company is currently battling an Opposition filed by a company named Blue Ivy that is an entertainment and event planning firm focused on weddings and other elegant events.

We will have to see if DJ Kahled can stop Bordenave from capitalizing on his young son’s fame.

As of Tuesday, it has been exactly three months since Kylie welcomed her baby girl. Happy three-month “birthday,” little Stormi!

Stormi’s parents are celebrating with some skin-baring, post-baby PDA.

And Kylie opted to share this topless photo with fans. Take a look!

The photo below shows a fair amount of skin from Kylie and from Travis.

We hope that this isn’t a problem for anyone.

And, to be clear, it was shared on Instagram. As you may have guessed, nobodies flashing their tatas at millions of fans.

That would be an awkward way to celebrate your child’s three-month birthday. (No judgment if that’s how you celebrate, though)

Still, Kylie and Travis are packing on the PDA.

There’s clearly more than Stormi keeping these two young parents together.

It is, in fact, Travis who is topless, though Kylie isn’t exactly obscuring her skin.

The 20-year-old mother is sporting a nude bandeau and what we’re willing to loosely describe as “army-inspired” pants.

Travis is wearing no shirt, but he his ink to bring some variety to that bare torso.

He’s also sporting a pair of orange shorts that actually coordinate really well with the photo’s color scheme.

The overall effect is a warm, affectionate photo. It looks really romantic.

Maybe too romantic. …

Does anyone else notice that this photo has a vibe very different from a standard “our baby was born three months ago” photo?

It honestly looks more like an engagement photo.

Kylie has also been spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger recently.

This pic is just adding more fuel to the engagement speculation fire that has been blazing among fans for months and months.

Now that Kylie and Travis have probably been dating for barely over a year, some wonder if it’s time.

But now might not be time.

It might never be time, in fact. Not everyone gets married, even if they stay in a relationship with their baby daddy and have more kids with him.

You don’t have to look far to find examples of that. Kylie’s big sister Kourtney is a great example.

But even without any kind of official engagement, Travis has really stepped up to treat Kylie right.

A lot of people had been worried — we’ll be honest, we had our concerns when we saw that he continued to tour last year without acknowledging Kylie’s pregnancy in public — that Travis was going to leave Kylie.

Those fears were quashed as soon as Kylie and Travis opened up about the pregnancy.

Kylie shared a video that showed Travis attending multiple doctor’s appointments and ultrasounds with her. He was right by her side and so excited about becoming a father.

It reaffirmed some people’s belief in love.

Fans hope that, as Kylie becomes increasingly comfortable with her post-baby bod, Kylie and Travis will treat fans to more glimpses of the two of them.

They might never (will hopefully never) reach PDA levels akin to what Kylie used to show of her relationship with Tyga. …

(Ugh, remember that Snapchat video of Tyga talking excitedly about Kylie’s feet? That is never not creepy, but given how frankly Tyga talks about his foot fetish, it’s even worse in retrospect)

… But Kylie’s fans love seeing her life, her post-baby body, and her relationship with Travis.

Almost as much as they love seeing impossibly cute videos of Kylie and Stormi.

A Gossip Blog Tried To Mom-Shame Kylie Jenner But Fans Shut It Down

When you’re a celebrity in the spotlight, everything you do is blown up 10x to make it seem worse than it actually is. For example, if you’re a new mother and you do something without your baby, the media will judge you and shame you for being a bad mother.

Recently, 20-year-old and new mother, Kylie Jenner, attended Coachella with her sisters and some friends.

A gossip blogger, Rob, decided that it was pretty rude/bad parenting to leave her daughter, Stormi, at home while she partied at a music festival.

As we reported, the 20-year-old has been keeping a close watch on her six-week-old baby, Stormi Webster, and is being very strict as to who can meet the little one.

An insider tells People there's a good reason for the KUWTK star's sheltering:

"Kylie is very protective of Stormi. Kylie is socializing with her friends as well and includes Stormi. Of course, she doesn't want her baby to get sick while she is little. It just seems normal and she is definitely not hysterical about it. It is, after all, still the flu season."

The tiny tot is still getting well acquainted with her family though!

As you know, little Stormi is just 17 days younger than her cousin, Chicago West -- and we're hearing Kylie and Kim Kardashian West have been bonding with their babies together:

"Kim and Kylie live very close to each other and spend a lot of time together. Kylie brings Stormi to Kim's house. Stormi is around the other kids, including Chicago. It seems too early to call it play dates though."

We're sure they'll be besties in no time!

In the year 2018, some higher being (Kris Jenner) has looked out for us in the only way she knows how: by blessing us with three more humans to keep up with. 

Kim Kardashian and baby sister Kylie Jenner have already welcomed their daughters into the world, and any month now Khloé Kardashian will do the same. But unfortunately, none of their kids have carried on the "K" name tradition of their reality star family members. 

Instead, they've named their offspring everything from Stormi to Mason. With such a wide range of names, naturally, we ranked them all.

Kylie and Travis Scott (née Jacques Webster) probably are too busy to read the news every day so maybe they missed the media frenzy around Stormy Daniels, ya know, the porn star Donald Trump allegedly paid off to keep quiet on a affair they had. 

Or maybe they just don't care. I'm glad to have another Stormi making headlines, but still... not the best timing for this baby name.

As the only grandchild of Kris Jenner actually taking on the Kardashian name, Dream has a lot riding on her adorable baby shoulders. The birth of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's only baby, and the drama surrounding it, really did feel like a fever dream, so in that sense, the name fits.

When Kim and Kanye first announced they were having a child together, the guesses included every direction because of 'Ye's last name, West. Of course, they ended up going with North. I'll admit, it's iconic. But they really went with a predictable choice here, hence Northy taking fourth place.

Naming your kid after a place is tricky but Chicago just feels right. If it had been a name like Paris, I might have given this a not-so-good ranking, but Chicago is unique enough for a kid of two famous folks all while being a humble and fitting homage to the place her father called home.
