My name is Sammi but I also go by Sam. I'm 28 and use any pronouns. My url is a play on soranort because it's my favorite Kingdom Hearts AU + i wrote soranort for 10 years lmao

I've been drawing Five Nights at Freddy's for 2 years now, though as of late I've been drawing a lot of In Stars and Time, but it's kind of an eclectic mix of content here. One day it's OCs, the next it might be Code Geass. i follow my whims haha

Hi! I’m Alistair— you can call me that, or you can use my username for pretty much everywhere else, TheetyPie/Theety. I don’t mind either way.

I’m a trans guy, I use he/they pronouns. I’m panromantic/asexual, and I’m 27 years old.

I have 3 cats, they’re my babies. I also (as you can tell from above) have a lot of OCs, and the number is still growing. I want to turn my ideas into a bigger creation someday, still not sure exactly where I want to go with it.

I do more than write. I do art, I like video games, music, and just collecting stuff. Current obsessions are Monster High, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, makeup, crystals, and jewelry.

Rules

The most important: I do not RP smut. In the past I’ve used the fade-to-black method, but I’m not entirely comfortable with that with most of my muses.

In the same vein, DO NOT FORCE SHIPS. I love ships as much as the next guy, but I would prefer to discuss it first, or for us to agree on it. It’s cool if your muse has a crush, totally fine— mine get crushes all the time! But make sure if you want to ship, we discuss it first.

In a similar vein to that one as well, no god-modding/powerplaying. If your character is strong, an immortal being, or whatever, cool! I have some of those too. But there should always be a limit. Don’t say your character is moving mine unless we’ve talked about that. Attempt to move them. Usually I follow along as long as boundaries aren’t pushed.

Don’t kill or seriously injure my muse without permission. Fights happen, of course, but again: discussion. I’m up for threads where my canon muses are injured or killed, but not where it happens to my OCs, unless we’re getting into a backstory and another OC that’s already deceased dies. Non-serious injuries are alright to come out of nowhere with, but if it’s a first meeting, I’d prefer to plot it out.

I’m semi-selective. I’m kind of particular about who I follow and who I thread with. I prefer us to be mutuals to thread, but you don’t have to be mutuals to send me things.

I’m very bad at keeping up with people. If you message me and I don’t respond, it’s usually bc I’m shy, I forgot, or I’m busy with work. It’s not you, I promise. Usually I don’t message first bc I’m nervous.

Back to shipping: I’m also multiship. Usually my ships are in different universes, unless discussed with all parties beforehand. The exception is a few of my OCs that are partnered together— ask about their availability. I love random ships, just talk to me about them!

I love duplicates of my muses. Whether it’s “x meets self” or I find someone I share a muse with, I love RPing with just about everyone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we have a muse in common!

One of my other most important statements, not really considered a rule, but it’s still important: if you want to know something about any muse, canon or OC, please tell me— ask or message me! I haven’t been able to write down a lot of info about any of them because I’m on mobile, but I will infodump for you if you need/want to know something. I love talking about my children, they’re precious to me.

If you send something in or make something for me when we haven’t even spoken, I might not feel comfortable responding. I’m very shy and nervous about not having any discussion beforehand. 😭

What other fandoms are you in, apart from this one?

Tl;Dr?: I fit's not participating it's: Star Rail, Genshin (are the ones I RP in), Dragon Age (I adore, no way I step into rp there), Digimon, SMT (+persona), Kingdom Hearts (but kh3 ruined it), Shadowrun, DnD, Servamp, Bungo Stray Dogs (but only the anime sources), Devil May Cry, League of Legends and more

if it is participating? Well, only HSR by now.

I'm never really active in any fandom, I'm the silent lurker unless I rp and since I exclusively rp'ed OCs until Aventurine I usually slipped under the radar there too. (And Ven is a very special exception I feel, I mean, look at Blade or my Multimuse, they're wastelands xD). But when we go for fandoms I enjoy? Then, oh boy, there's a lot.

Now, first of all, what will always get me talking is Dragon Age, I have the novels (or read them), I still want all the comics, I played all games. It went as far that I wanted to weep over Baldurs Gate 3 because that one finally gave me the “hd, new content” game I wanted from Bioware in the dragon age universe for years. We can even say centuries now.

The second one that comes to mind is Digimon, I claw for every Digimon game I can get, I adore the idea in most iterations. It's always fun.

And while we're at Digimon it's easy to say: Shin Megami Tensei. Yes, also, all I can get my hands on except of the next fucking persona 5 spin off because listen. Persona 5 was awesome, yes, but I suck at rhythm games and I don't have a ps5. But I especially adore the digital devil saga. I want a HD remake of that.

Also, I have to mention Persona separately now given per 5 it's officially not a SMT game anymore, funny, given they finally brought the demons back. And when we're at persona, I played P2, innocent sin and couldn't get my hands on either P1 or eternal punishment. I will never forgive p5 for using the butterfly theme on someone and it not being a connection to persona 2.

I used to love Kingdom Hearts but then it just became more and more of buy this console too, do that thing too and I really didn't like how KH3 looked despite giving my favorite char a keyblade. Such a waste.

I put Shadowrun in all my futuristic RP characters, I love delving into a world that is worse than our own. It just happens that we come always closer to it being real. I hate how we got scammed out of magic though. Any augmentations I put on my characters can usually be found and described on the shadowhelix.

Well, I couldn't find anyone to rp Shadowrun so I settled on DnD and I've been reading up. Still preferring Pathfinder pantheon/lore though.

League of Legends has been a part of my life for a really long time. With HSR and Genshin having actually valuable dailies I haven't played a game in months. But I adore the lore, the world, and I wish I could play in it. The first time I tried the fandom was really nice. But damn I fear I that won't be the case anymore and I don't wanna flood my HSR blogs with league rp'ers so I'm not following anyone from there anymore (not that the ppl I liked are still around to begin with).

Not gonna lie, there's a part of me that wants to. It's been like 6 years or something since I was on either of those blogs but sometimes I'll look back on them and remember how much fun I had creating stories and making friends with other blogs. Al and Heiderich are still very much living in my head rent free and I've recently had a lot of time freed up that I want to use to get back into some of my old hobbies. So even though I'd have to take some time to refresh my memory on the characters and world (it's been a hot minute since I watched any canon fma material), I'm not opposed to the idea. The only problem I guess is that I have no idea if people actually still rp on Tumblr anymore. It's been so long, I've got no clue what the current scene looks like.

My #1 post of 2022

I just think it would be very nice if when people make fma related zines and say "oh this is celebrating ALL forms of fma" or "the content in this is more general fma" that they'd actually do that. I'm getting a little tired of buying these things, hoping for it to represent the franchise in all it's forms, only for it to be 99% Brotherhood and hardly anything else

🎮 — favorite video game(s)?

MUNDAY ASKS

((Hands down, my two most favorite games in the world are Final Fantasy VII and Resident Evil 2. Those are also two fandoms I am in love with -- and have RP blogs for, unsurprisingly -- but I love a lot of different games. I'm primarily old school and play on consoles. I just got a Knuckles tattoo so that also probably says something about me, along with the Kirby one I got earlier this year as part of a half sleeve.

Some other games/franchises I really like include...Devil May Cry, Persona, The World Ends With You, Five Nights and Freddy's, the Dark Pictures series, and Kingdom Hearts. I'm currently working through Ni No Kuni and Kirby's Forgotten Land. I also love rhythm games.))

It's definitely a time to be alive when both my favorite games got remakes, and newer generations of players are getting into them. I'm living for it. I also tend to watch a lot of let's plays on Youtube on games, especially horror ones.))

INFO + Muse Lists

Hi! This is my NSFW RP blog, of course. My main blogs are xspace-debris(Dragon Ball) and wayward-trio(Kingdom Hearts).

Rules: 1.I don't typically RP smut out of the blue unless it's with someone I've written with before. You can always ask, but I can always decline if I wish.

2.Absolutely no non-con or extreme kinks. Dubcon can be discussed but it's typically a no as well.

3.I tend to enjoy writing dom/top roles, but it REALLY depends on the personalities of the muses in question. However, my females will almost always be on the dominant side.

Is there anything you would have changed when you started writing now that you have more experience?

oh absolutely. if i actually knew what it meant to write a character back then my start for writing could have been a lot smoother, but i had a tendency to write characters i liked simply for how they looked, and well. you can imagine how well that turned out LOL

On what platform did you start to write?

lmaoooo i used to write on neopets, myspace, aim, gaiaonline-- we're gonna forget the me that ever existed back then tho.

canon muses

What is your favorite canon muse?

saix/isa from kingdom hearts. out of all the faves i do have for canon muses he became something special for me, and still is. if not for him i'd be saying a bleach muse but, honestly? those muses are a lil tainted, unfortunately.

Are you happy with how your favorite canon muse was portrayed in canon?

to an extent, i'm happy with how canon went with him but there is quite a bit that got left out or was never touched upon that i would have really enjoyed seeing to further show that he deserved the ending he got.

What’s something you find weird on here?

to each their own, honestly, but the need for overly crispy/hard to distinguish graphics. it's something i've only really experienced in the indie side of tumblr rp, but it's so hard on the eyes sometimes and i never got the appeal of it. little odd but, at the end of the day, their blog / their say!

What’s something you wish to improve?

my increasingly horrid habit of draft hoarding! :') i used to be really bad at reaching out and getting many interactions but now i have the opposite problem of having too many! and my piss poor focus ends up forgetting to add some drafts, or letting them build up and overwhelming myself... i'm trying, i promise!

1.what does your URL mean, and why did you choose it?

I did mention this in another post with same question but here is the answer:

For those who newly followed, this blog used to be a single muse one for Kairi from Kingdom Hearts. To give a little detail about her character and the series, the whole concept is friendship and Oaths. Even the charm she gives Sora is their promise to return to each other. As for why I chose Oathofpromises, it’s honestly something I related to her at the time, but it does fit a lot of my muses now that I really sit down and think about it. The whole concept of keeping an oath to someone. The idea was to put together Oath and Promises. I get they mean very similar things but it just flowed together really nicely.

I have wanted to change my url to something new though but decided against it since that would mess up a lot of the threads I currently have and I just am super attached to it.

2.what is your blog or graphic aesthetic or motif? why?

For the moment the blog aesthetic is dedicated to my Warrior of Light. I have commissioned someone to make a new theme around this concept. Pretty excited for that. but overall my aesthetic does tend to change depending on what muse has the voice but I think I will stick with my Warrior of Light for main muse on the account. I just feel like I have put so much work into her. If I did have to pick constant theme though it would be stars and promises. It's something that friends have playfully tease me about but I have associations with a lot of muses with one of these two major motifs.

22.what have you learned by proxy of roleplaying and rp researching?

I learned a lot actually at first I wasn't one that did a lot of research into a character I simply wrote them how they sounded in my head. It wasn't until I got onto tumblr that I started going more in-depth with my muses. I honestly prefer doing extensive research for my characters, as that helps so much with what their voice sounds like. I know I usually will replay through games if I feel rusty on a characters voice or think about what ways I can expand on a character that is already shown so much development in a game.

There are even some helpful resources for writing in general, for example how to describe certain actions or things in a scene. I know I will refer to these at times If I feel stuck and unsure how to phrase something that flows well. I also learned through roleplay what boundaries I have. Given it's through bad experiences but still it's helped me find comfort level when it comes to certain things.

23.what skills have you gained by roleplaying?

I feel like my writing has improved a lot since roleplaying, it's allowed me have a creative outlet and lets me collab on stories with other people too. Being here, we all want to create content. To tell stories and bring more life into characters we love. I just love being able to sit down at night and think of how my characters would respond to asks sent or even how to reply to a thread. This is also part of the reason it sometimes takes me a bit to reply to things..I want to get the character voice down.

I feel like the biggest thing I have gained by roleplaying is how to write out details in a scene. I took writing classes when I was in high school and college. I didn't think I would use a lot of that knowledge but looking back it has helped me describe the setting and emotions for my writing partner. To let us bounce ideas and stories off each other.

Luella Cherish was born as a Magbob to two muggle parents in London, England. When she was thirteen years old, her magical abilities were revealed when she was being bullied at school. Her parents disowned her, so her older brother became her legal guardian and enrolled her in Hogwarts where she met Newton Scamander and befriended him. She grew up with him and a girl named Leta Lestrange. When Newton was expelled from Hogwarts, Luella quit to stand up for him and blended in with the muggles.

It had been several years since she last saw him. Now, she worked as an auror for the British Ministry of Magic thanks to her excellent skill and concentration in magical law. Apparently, a few magical creatures had gotten loose and Luella was tasked to find the culprit. She had done her research and if her suspicions were correct, as she wandered the town, she would bump into none other than Newton Scamander himself.
