#killers near and far. heed my words: forced hesitation is the best punishment for the overly bold survivor's folly.

a nea gets unhooked. she follows the david I am chasing. and instead of running past him with her endurance & speed bonus, as he clearly thought she would, she stops to tap the regressing generator mid chase.
now what killer, in their right mind, would go "hm. this injured survivor who's just willingly forfeited their endurance right in front of me to stop a regressing generator should be left alone. I should not tunnel her, even though she had every opportunity to get away?"
not to mention I was hux on midwich. perhaps one of his worst maps. and I had forced hesitation (one of hux's own perks), which gave me greater incentive to down her so I could catch david more easily. upon being downed, she of course DC'd.
so not only did her carelessness get david downed, she left her team with a freaking bot.
just nea things ~
#dbd#thoughts about media#and then at the end the david hid in the bushes of the courtyard like hux's cameras cannot see through them.#were my other matches any less excrutiatingly miserable I might have taken mercy on david.#but it's not my job as killer to forgive survivors for playing like fucking idiots. i'd like to rank up thank you very much.#survivors have been WAAAY too comfortable doing shit like this in front of killers lately anyways.#they have four million ways to get second chances so why shouldn't they get cocky?#killers near and far. heed my words: forced hesitation is the best punishment for the overly bold survivor's folly.#it's especially nasty on one-hit down killers like ghostface >:)#is it a mean perk that probably should be reworked a little? eeeeeeyes.#is it anywhere near as vile and gamebreaking as something like buckle up + for the people? fuck no.#it's not even as bad as fucking mft for crying out loud. adrenaline i'd argue is still even more unfair than forced hesitation lmao.
