Снежный Бермамыт.

Плато Бермамыт – удивительно красивое место, одна из лучших панорамных площадок Карачаево-Черкесии. Расположено на северном склоне Большого Кавказа, в 30 километрах к юго-западу от Кисловодска. С плато Бермамыт открывается великолепный вид на величественный седой Эльбрус. В этом месте земля кажется слившейся с небом, где горные вершины играют роль стражей времени, а воздух пронизан свежестью и чистотой. На высшей точке Бермамыта, открывается захватывающая панорама Главного Кавказского хребта. Название «Бермамыт» в переводе с местных наречий означает «искривленное колено», что вполне отражает характеристики этого места.Рельеф Бермамыта имеет вид вытянутых гряд с несимметричными склонами, вершинная поверхность которых состоит из верхнеюрских известняков. Основная часть плато - Большой Бермамыт - достигает высоты 2591 метр. От нее отходит южный Скалистый выступ - Малый Бермамыт высотой до 2643 метра.

Большой Бермамыт считается местом с аномально высоким выходом положительной энергии, в связи с этим здесь проводят различные ритуалы, а все благодаря необычному рельефу. В результате воздействия природных явлений, несколько скал превратились в подобие человеческих фигур. Коренные жители дали этому чуду название – Монахи. Это плато– одно из немногих мест в России, где можно наблюдать уникальное явление – «Брокенские призраки». 

Snowy Bermamyt.

The Bermamyt Plateau is an amazingly beautiful place, one of the best panoramic platforms in Karachay-Cherkessia. It is located on the northern slope of the Greater Caucasus, 30 kilometers southwest of Kislovodsk. The Bermamyt Plateau offers a magnificent view of the majestic gray Elbrus. In this place, the earth seems to merge with the sky, where mountain peaks play the role of guardians of time, and the air is permeated with freshness and purity. At the highest point of Bermamyt, a breathtaking panorama of the Main Caucasian Ridge opens up. The name "Bermamyt" in translation from local dialects means "crooked knee", which fully reflects the characteristics of this place. The relief of Bermamyt has the form of elongated ridges with asymmetrical slopes, the apical surface of which consists of Upper Jurassic limestones. The main part of the plateau - Bolshoy Bermamyt - reaches a height of 2591 meters. From it extends the southern rocky ledge - Maly Bermamyt, up to 2643 meters high.

Bolshoy Bermamyt is considered a place with an abnormally high output of positive energy, in connection with which various rituals are held here, and all thanks to the unusual relief. As a result of the influence of natural phenomena, several rocks turned into a semblance of human figures. The indigenous people gave this miracle the name - Monks. This plateau is one of the few places in Russia where you can observe a unique phenomenon – the “Brocken Ghosts”.

Traditionalism vs. Assimilation Among Indigenous Peoples of Siberia.

As is the case for many indigenous groups around the world, native peoples of Siberia struggle to fit into the modern global village while retaining their ethnic identity and cultural distinctiveness. Since the end of World War II, the indigenous peoples of Siberia have had a special legal status which allows for certain “affirmative action”-like quotas and benefits. However, the main aim of these policies was to integrate ethnic minorities into the all-Soviet people and to inculcate the “new Soviet man” mentality. Compulsory boarding schools, where children from different ethnic groups were brought together from the age of seven in a collectivist environment, often served as the hotbed of such Sovietization. The effect on native culture was disastrous. But, as James Forsyth in his A History of the Peoples of Siberia points out, “Russification began even before this, in kindergartens, where most nurses and teachers were Russian speakers. Even where some of them were natives, however, there were cases when children or the nurses themselves were reprimanded for using their native language” (here the parallels with Native North American languages are obvious). In the Soviet Union, it was believed that minority languages and cultures would die out under communism, and that “nationalism can only be bourgeois”. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, a number of new laws have been adopted whose goal is to preserve ethnic distinctiveness of indigenous peoples. But can the tables be turned?

So the mob was looking for israeli's at an airport. HM. They were demanding "jews" in general and not only israelis. HM. Almost like jewish people would NOT be welcomed with open arms if they left israel in droves. HM. Almost like "every jewish person just needs to leave, you will be fine" isn't a viable solution.

Yeah it seems there was a plane from Tel Aviv and a rumor flew around that it was full of Israeli refugees so a mob showed up to Lynch them.

video of the mob shows them pretty clearly saying "Jews" "give us the Jews!" "where are the Jews?!" "kill the Jews" etc, they rampaged through the airport "looking for the Jews" ripped the place apart it'll be closed till next week because of the damage, the Russian national guard landed military helicopters on the runway to break them up. They went to local hotels and run around the halls screaming for Jews

any ways the plane was not full of Israelis, in fact it doesn't seem like it had any Israelis. It was full of.... sick children and their families returning from Israel where they were getting advanced medical care. There's video of them on a bus begging and trying to tell the mob they weren't Jews and please don't hurt us.

It seems there were a few Jews or Israelis or both at the airport unclear if they were the flight crew or just locals or what, but they were locked up in a safe room in the airport while the riot went on, thankfully no one was murdered

it seems this kind of thing is happening all over the Russian controlled Caucuses, a Jewish cultural center in Kabardino-Balkaria was burned out and defaced with "death to the Yahudam." in Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria there have been protests demanding the authorities expel Jews or hand over the names of Jews so they can be hunted down

Russian Federal Subject Flag Wars: Round 1

This tournament will focus on the flags of Russia’s 83 federal subjects, which includes 21 republics, 9 krais, 46 oblasts, 2 federal cities, 1 autonomous oblast, and 4 autonomous okrugs. It will not include the flags of the land stolen from Ukraine.

The tournament will be followed by the Regional Flag Wars, a huge competition featuring the flags of regions/administrative divisions, with only one flag per country. Over the past year, I’ve released numerous polls to decide which regional flag will be included for each country. Russia is the final country on the list, and it is receiving its own tournament due to having so many administrative divisions. Каскад живописных Бадукских озер самый знаменитый туристический объект, лежит в долине р. Бадук между между грозными стенами хребтов Бадук и Хаджибей. Они расположены в охранной зоне Тебердинского заповедника, на территории Карачаево-Черкессии, в непосредственной близости от Домбая. В геологическом плане они являются молодыми (около 200 лет). Эти водоёмы - результат природных преобразований, связанных с образованием на реке крупных запруд. Эти запруды, в свою очередь, возникли из-за обвалов камней. Бадукские озера наполнены абсолютно прозрачной водой, цвет которой меняется в зависимости от погоды и времени суток. Иногда она кажется нежно-бирюзовой, а иногда – темно-фиолетовой. В озерах обитает форель, но поскольку они находятся в заповеднике, рыбалка здесь запрещена. По берегам растут сосны и березовое криволесье, но зимой лавины часто уничто��ают и кустарники, и деревья.В границах заповедника, кроме водоемов, расположены ледники, скальные гряды, заливные луга и массивы лесов. Всего водоемов три:

-Первый – самый крошечный. Его диаметр всего 80 метров, а глубина не доходит и до 5 м. Вода в нем очень студеная – круглый год она не превышает отметку +5С.

-Второй водоем, находящийся на 260 м выше – несколько крупнее. Его диаметр достигает 200 метров. Бадукские озера (высота второго из них – 1987 м относительно уровня моря) располагаются одно за другим, постепенно поднимаясь в гору.

-Третье – самое огромное. Его размеры составляют 330 на 200 метров, а площадь превышает 3,5 гектара. Здесь восторженно замирают все, ��риехавшие на Бадукские озера – фото этих мест потрясают и завораживают. Глубина его достигает 9 метров, а вода прозрачная и чистая. В пользу последнего факта говорит то, что в Большом Бадукском издавна поселилась форель. Водоем плещется выше своих собратьев, на высоте 1 990 метров. В этом озере нередко купаются туристы – хотя оно довольно прохладное, но невероятно чистое. Здесь в конце весны и в начале лета цветет белый рододендрон. 

 По словам большинства туристов, в эти места хорошо приезжать золотой осенью, с середины сентября и до конца октября. В это время сочная зелень окрашивается в яркие цвета, что отражается в лазурной глади озерных вод – потрясающее зрелище. Эффектные фотографии получаются на берегах озер.  Интересно запечатлеть течение Теберды с подвесного моста возле трассы и место слияния стремительных рек Бадук и Хаджибей. 

The cascade of picturesque Baduk lakes, the most famous tourist attraction, lies in the valley of the river. Baduk between the formidable walls of the Baduk and Khadzhibey ridges. They are located in the protected zone of the Teberda Nature Reserve, on the territory of Karachay-Cherkessia, in close proximity to Dombay.

Geologically, they are young (about 200 years old). These reservoirs are the result of natural transformations associated with the formation of large dams on the river. These dams, in turn, arose due to rock falls. The Baduk lakes are filled with absolutely clear water, the color of which changes depending on the weather and time of day. Sometimes it appears soft turquoise, and sometimes dark purple. The lakes are home to trout, but since they are located in a nature reserve, fishing is prohibited here. Pine trees and crooked birch forests grow along the banks, but in winter avalanches often destroy both shrubs and trees. Within the boundaries of the reserve, in addition to reservoirs, there are glaciers, rocky ridges, water meadows and forests. There are three reservoirs in total:

-The first one is the tiniest. Its diameter is only 80 meters, and its depth does not even reach 5 m. The water in it is very cold - all year round it does not exceed +5C.

-The second reservoir, located 260 m higher, is somewhat larger. Its diameter reaches 200 meters. The Baduk lakes (the height of the second of them is 1987 m relative to sea level) are located one after another, gradually rising up the mountain.

- The third is the largest. Its dimensions are 330 by 200 meters and its area exceeds 3.5 hectares. Here everyone who comes to the Baduk Lakes freezes with delight - the photos of these places are stunning and mesmerizing. Its depth reaches 9 meters, and the water is clear and clean. The latter fact is supported by the fact that trout have long settled in Bolshoy Baduksky. The reservoir splashes higher than its fellows, at an altitude of 1,990 meters. Tourists often swim in this lake - although it is quite cool, it is incredibly clean.White rhododendron blooms here in late spring and early summer.

According to most tourists, it is good to come to these places in the golden autumn, from mid-September to the end of October. At this time, the lush greenery turns into bright colors, which is reflected in the azure surface of the lake waters - a stunning sight. Spectacular photographs are taken on the shores of lakes.It is interesting to capture the flow of the Teberda from the suspension bridge near the highway and the confluence of the fast-moving rivers Baduk and Khadzhibey.

Cryptocurrency miners in Chechnya will be treated as terrorists, Adam Delimkhanov, a State Duma deputy and advisor to the head of the republic, said in comments reported by Grozny-Inform.

Delimkhanov said that “cases of illegal mining” have already been uncovered in Chechnya. He noted that “many involve people working in various organizations,” though he did not specify which ones.

“Our leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, has asked us to inform all residents that if such cases are uncovered — which also cause electricity issues across entire districts, villages, or cities — the perpetrators will face severe punishment. We will equate them with terrorists because their actions harm society as a whole,” Delimkhanov said.
