The potential energy of the Supreme Being is certainly Ambal. The power of a thing is inherently present in the thing itself. Without that power it will cease to exist. If we say that the Ultimate reality is Eswara, then the inseparable vital energy in Him is Ambal. Can the flower and its fragrance have separate existence? Is it possible to separate the milk and its whiteness? Can honey be separated from its sweetness? Similarly, Ambal is inseparably present in Eswara. Parameswaran and Parasakthi are the primal universal couple. They are the father and mother of the entire creation. They are one whole. They cannot be considered as two different entities, the mother being different from the father. In unison they take the form of Ammaiappan i.e. mother and father combined. He is also the Thayumaanavar, the father who is simultaneously a mother too. Shiva and Parvathi, without having two separate forms appear as one single divinity in Ardhanareeswara. However we need father and mother as two separate personalities to care of and protect us. To discipline us and to impart knowledge we require father. To lavish love on us and to nurture us we also need mother. But philosophically it is not right to think that they exist separately. That is why in the same figurine, Eswara and Ambal coexist as two halves. They appear together in one bodily form namely the Ardhanareeswara, where Easwara is one half and Ambal, the other.

[ad_1] Paromita Das GG News Bureau New Delhi, 21st October. The inauguration of the RJ Sankara Eye Hospital in Varanasi on October 20th became a momentous occasion not only for the city but also for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event was graced by the spiritual leader Shankaracharya Shankar Vijayendra Saraswati of Kanchi Kamakoti Peeth, who bestowed high praise on the Prime Minister, describing the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government as “Narendra Damodar Das ka Anushasan,” or the embodiment of Narendra Modi’s disciplined governance. His words have added a spiritual dimension to the widespread recognition of Modi’s leadership style, which has often been characterized by focus, dedication, and orderliness. While addressing the gathering, the Shankaracharya emphasized how Modi’s government has been working effectively to address the issues faced by the general public. He expressed his admiration for the discipline and organization demonstrated by Modi and his administration. “God has blessed Narendra Damodar Das Modi,” said Shankaracharya, echoing a sentiment that resonates with many of the Prime Minister’s supporters who view his leadership as a crucial factor in Bharat’s steady progress over the last decade. Shankaracharya’s remarks during the inauguration reflected more than just a blessing for the Prime Minister; they underscored the deep connection between spirituality and governance in Bharat. He acknowledged the growth and impact of the Sankara Eye Hospital chain, which began in Coimbatore and has expanded to 17 hospitals across Bharat, including two in Uttar Pradesh. This expansion signifies not only the country’s growing healthcare infrastructure but also Modi’s commitment to improving public health services. The Shankaracharya’s praise was shared by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who hailed the establishment of the new eye hospital as a significant achievement in the development of Kashi. Adityanath underscored the importance of such institutions in transforming the healthcare landscape of Uttar Pradesh, a state that has seen rapid infrastructural development in recent years under Modi and Adityanath’s leadership. The hospital, part of the Sankara Eye Hospital chain known for its philanthropic approach to eye care, symbolizes the broader narrative of social and healthcare reforms championed by Modi’s government. Another noteworthy aspect of the Shankaracharya’s speech was his reference to Prime Minister Modi’s long-standing association with him. This connection between the spiritual leader and Modi is emblematic of the way in which the Prime Minister integrates Bharat’s rich spiritual heritage into his political journey. The Shankaracharya also acknowledged the success of the recent elections in Kashmir, further emphasizing Modi’s governance as not just disciplined, but also inclusive and transformative. Conclusion The Shankaracharya’s description of the NDA government as “Narendra Damodar Das ka Anushasan” is both symbolic and reflective of the leadership style that Prime Minister Modi has cultivated. Discipline, focus, and a clear sense of purpose have been the cornerstones of Modi’s administration, and his governance model has become a defining feature of his tenure. This disciplined approach is evident in the government’s ability to deliver on promises, whether it is in infrastructure, healthcare, or security. The praise from a spiritual leader like Shankaracharya adds a moral and ethical dimension to this narrative, suggesting that Modi’s leadership resonates not just with politicians and voters, but also with spiritual figures who see his work as divinely guided. The inauguration of the Sankara Eye Hospital in Varanasi stands as a testament to the Prime Minister’s commitment to improving healthcare, particularly in regions that have historically lacked such facilities. The hospital is not only a milestone in Kashi’s development but also
a symbol of the larger vision that Modi has for Bharat—one where discipline and governance work hand-in-hand to bring about positive change for all citizens. Moving forward, it will be essential for the NDA government to maintain this disciplined approach, particularly as the country navigates challenges both domestic and global. Modi’s leadership style, hailed as disciplined by Shankaracharya, must continue to evolve in ways that address Bharat’s multifaceted needs, from economic growth to social justice. The event in Varanasi, with the spiritual endorsement of Shankaracharya and the administrative support of Yogi Adityanath, highlights how deeply intertwined the realms of governance and spirituality are in shaping Bharat’s future under Modi’s leadership. *Divine voice*
One should not think that it is not at all possible to adhere to the Sastras in the present age. If one limits the needs and not yield to the fast phase of commercial exploitation of the modern times then they need not run so much after money. And by not running after money, one will find enough time for Bhagawath Smarana. Automatically there would be peace, satisfaction, and comforts in life.
Money is not at all required for doing Karmanushtanam (laid down rituals). Extravagance is not required for doing Pooja. Dried leaves of Tulasi and Vilva are enough for the Pooja. The rice that we eat can be the Nivedhanam.

Vivekananda Rock Memorial is a famous monument in Kanyakumari, standing on one of two rocks about 500 meters off the mainland of Vavathurai, Tamil Nadu, India
The Vivekananda Memorial, as it stands today, is a memorial to Swamiji as to Shri Ekanthji Ranade whose devotion to the work he had undertaken was inspired not by mere faith but by intellectual conviction.
At Kanyakumari - a unique symbol of unity and purity - is the Memorial of Swami Vivekananda, another symbol of the united aspiration of Nation. In the Memorial, there is a happy and harmonious blend of all the architectural beauty of the country.
It is a symbol of unity because the whole nation wished, worked and contributed for it. Person from all states participated in its inauguration.
It is also a Memorial, conceived and laboured for mainly by RSS swayamsevaks, blessed by Ramakrishna Mission, designed by Paramacharya of Kachi Kamakoti Peetham, and for which Swami Chinmayananda of Chinmay Mission gave the first donation.
All the spiritual ,culture and national organisations supported it.It is also a Memorial for which all State Governments and Central Government contributed. Thus, the memorial became a focal point just as Kanyakumari is a meeting point for three seas.
Inaugurating the Rock Memorial on September 2, 1970, the President of India Shri V.V. Giri called upon fellow Indians to rise to the call of the nation.

People may ask, “even marriages come under the Sastras, why is it so expensive?” The extravagant spending that we find nowadays is not needed for performance of marriages as per Sastra. The dowry especially which forms the major expense is not sanctioned by the Sastras. If money is required for performing actions laid down by Sastras then it means the religion caters to the rich alone. Definitely it is not so.
Out of the four steps in life namely Aram, Porul, Inbam and Veedu (Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha), in search of Kama we slog to earn Porul (money). Instead to attain Moksham (Veedu), we should strain to practice Dharma. If we lead a simple life, we need not struggle to earn money. We can follow the Dharma. As a result of Dharmic life we can attain the blissful Veedu (Moksha).
