to answer your question (with Ely!), I don't think marriage is a big thought to her! she'd probably be just as alright not being married and having a life partner, so I think Nate would have to propose to her to actually get her thinking about weddings and the like. Nate would probably pull out all the stops to propose and Ely would be like ! oh! weddings! those are a thing!

she'd probably also get overwhelmed with a big wedding, and want something smaller and outdoorsy. she's not big on religion so any church-like wedding would probably give her some anxiety. truly, I think she'd be content to leave the planning to someone else for everything but her dress, which she'd either wanna make herself, or embroider something along the hemline of one she buys!!
