#rambles#I really wanna overhaul the Dray world's (almost nonexistant) biological worldbuilding#which might be a fun candidate#just have a handful of base species and work outwards. I feel like it'd be much easier to keep track of than starting from scratch#and it makes sense Chronologically bc the world and plants were created before animals so thered be SO much room for radiation#so many niches to fill#get outta here with that Evolving To Become Multicellular. who needs to colonize land. everyone gets to fuck around and find out#plus. I get to do Slightly Off versions of classic fantasy animals a la dunmeshi which has made me so inspired for worldbuilding
