The only other honorable mention is the 'coronation' scene (i still say he deserved a real one .... and him giving it up for real boils my blood but that's a rant for a different day)

He is stately. A contemplative and dignified king. ... Pause. Reluctant acceptance. Thor sits down. ... Thor turns around to see the thousands of people staring back, silently awaiting word from their new King. Now feeling the true weight of the crown, Thor takes a moment...

Unironically the only memorable and emotionally poignant moment in Thor: Gagnarok's final edit of the shooting script is the scene 146, in which Thor looks at himself in the mirror and sees his daddy trauma lost eye for the first time

"Thor takes a beat, as though trying to get used to the sight of the man looking back at him."
