What if all the clans had more ladies in them? I don’t mean changing existing characters’ genders, I mean if there were actually just more women and girls around instead of one Smurfette per clan. (Look, I like Anna and Seri and Neko a lot, and Douhan is cool? But. And I know, Yayoi, but she’s barely there and two is not much better than one.)

Personally I tend to assume that there is more than one girl per clan (well, except for the Silvers obviously since there's only three of them total anyway) we just don't see them much. Scepter 4 at least I feel like it's pretty certain there's more than just Awashima, I believe there are some passing mentions of other women being in the clan it's just we never see them in the main squad. I don't think it would change a lot having more of them in combat positions unless we add a couple into the Special Forces, like maybe squad members I and J are women (but they at least wear pants, I can't believe that all the S4 ladies would be fine with Awashima's ridiculous short skirt and the longer skirt Yayoi's seen with in one of the manga panels doesn't look suitable for combat). Even then I don't think this would change much other than adding another duo to the mix, I think their personalities would matter more as far as changing the main dynamic than just them being women.

Homra on the other hand I could see some changes if there were more women in the main group (they needed a G and H to keep up with Scepter 4 I guess). As far as the clan at large, again even though in this case I don't think it's ever mentioned that there are women in Homra I like to assume that there would have to be at least a few in there somewhere among all the random nameless members. Having some more women in the main group though would I think at least give Anna another girl to relate to, though I could also see there being maybe a little tension if the other guys have a tendency to try and like make the women stay behind to babysit Anna as if they can't fight (babysitting and not being able to fight is Totsuka's job anyway). I think it would be good though for Anna to have like some big sister figures to talk to every now and again, Kusanagi has it rough as it is trying to keep her from picking up bad influences from all the rowdy guys around. And of course Yata would be on constant high alert trying to figure out how to deal with them, I think he'd likely mentally categorize them as 'basically guys' but then every now and again one shows up in a short skirt or revealing top and he starts freaking out.

Jungle, if we're talking all users of the app who have gotten some power we know from Countdown that women use the app too so there have to be some women among the rank and file, presumably Douhan is just the most skilled random jungle member in general. For actual J-rankers, this is another one where I feel like the dynamics change would be more based on personality than gender – the only difference I could see would be if the other female member was younger and then I could see her and Sukuna maybe sparring a bit, Sukuna being firmly in his 'ew girls' phase and the other girl being in her understandable and correct 'ugh, boys' phase. Also if she was even mildly pretty Yukari would probably be all over wanting to do her makeup, like finally someone who is willing to allow me to work my magic and create beauty.
