Things that bother me: paganism being represented as or reduced to white girls in leather dresses with amythyst in their windowsills and pink salt lamps

Things that also bother me: Trying to connect to my roots, as someone who's family history is well recorded as predominantly Welsh, through studies of spirituality in celtic paganism and being reduced to the above narrative by "woke" liberals on this hellsite

Like is it that hard to understand that the reason "neopaganism" is current terminology as opposed to just paganism is because pagans were slaughtered in mass by the expansion of christianity for centuries?? Or is it just too tempting to be an edgelord and go pissing on spirituality you neither participate in or understand.
