#trying out lavender and hops tea to help me sleep and calm my anxiety and that shit is disgusting 🤢#it's flowery and bitter. it tastes like i imagine soap tastes. i need to add smth to make it more tasty#ive been thinking abt peppermint bc it has a strong taste but i won't be able to buy peppermint tea until Thursday i think#so I'll have to deal w disgusting tea until then bc i especially wanna try it out for tmr and Wednesday#when i have my name and gender marker change appointment and my top surgery consultation#and I'm going to be super Anxious as usual when im doing new stuff so I'll take cold tea along in a bottle to drink to see if it does smth#if not then it's fine as well. anyway. two big transitioning steps this week!!! i try not to think abt them to net get nervous ugh#not fandom related#personal log stardate#trans stuff
