awww!!!! pls, you are so lovely!! my mum and step dad are currently in the process of basically redoing their dream house, they purchased a house but it was in a really bad state, the previous owner did not take care of it at all so they've basically stripped the house, took the inside walls and ceilings down and are doing it up their way. it's gonna look amazing when it's finished. the house—for some reason—had 23 different wasp nests (no wasps btw!! thankfully, i'd of run a mile) 💀 the previous owner also had a lot of greenhouses but he smashed all of them up and there was so much glass in the garden. it took my mum and i DAYS to carefully dispose of the broken glass (and what's annoying, is that there are still tiny fragments of glass that you come across in the garden 💀) the house is in the middle of the countryside, and oh my god.... seeing all the lambs & calves 🥰🥰🥰 SOOOO CUTE. i really want to brush the hair of a highland cow, that's one of my dreams 💘

lee know was always my bias hehe, he stood out to me from the beginning and was one of the first faces i could pick out of the group. he’s also the kpop idol that’s appeared in my dreams the most (because i’m normal about him)(so normal) and he was the first portrait i did. definitely holds a special place in my heart 🫶🏻

Thats so impressive that you're all caught up! I want to be, but there are so many chapters. My brain is overwhelmed thinking about it. All of your favorite characters are top tied but you had me at Tamaki and Todoroki. I am a softie for Tamaki/Mirio. And yes! We love a feral king. I think he was just so well written and complex that it pulls at everyone's heart strings. Even if just a little.

Ok, so interrogation time! I mentioned before that I write fanfiction so I have lots of questions. No pressure if you have no answers for any. But the more specific the better your gift will be;

1) Do you prefer to read ships or self inserts? (I personally like both but mostly write self inserts because I like to write my fantasies)

I’m enjoying it so far! I don’t think I have a favorite character, really. I’m not actually that far, so I haven’t made much judgement on the characters yet. Who’s yours?

I prefer ships. I’m not a big fan of self-insert. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve read plenty of cool ones. I just feel kind of awkward about it.

I especially like fluff, hurt/comfort, and sometimes angst. Smut is alright when I come across it, but it’s not something I really search for. I’m not against it though. Hurt/comfort really tugs at my heartstrings, especially when it’s emotional.

Enemies to lovers is great, but definitely best suited for slow burns. Childhood friends to lovers is really cute (you can see why I’m a big fan of Tamaki/Mirio). Coffee shop au is kind of cliché, but when it’s written well, it goes hard. Mutual pining is great. So is bed sharing. I love when characters argue and then reconcile. Especially if they’re lashing out because they like each other but think the other doesn’t like them back. I’m a huge slut for confession during an argument.

I’m good with anything, really. No hard boundaries that I can think of.

(also reading back over this list makes me realize i read a lot of romance 🧍‍♀️) i don't really watch a *ton* of movies or tv, but recently i've been bingeing the good doctor (even tho medical stuff makes me very squeamish sdgkfsh) even with some of the gorier parts i would 10/10 recommend it!!

christmas eve with tenya iida goes a little something like this.

when heroes rest, villains rise, which... is why tenya’s working christmas eve. he tried so hard to be home at a decent time, but as the hours go by, you sadly accept the fact that the bed next to you is going to be as cold as the snow tonight. on christmas eve.

it’s about 8pm, and christmas music plays softly through your shared apartment while you clean up the dinner you made for the two of you, but enjoyed alone while talking to tenya over the phone.

“you’re sure you can’t come home?” you ask for what feels like the millionth time.

he sighs, “honey, if i could be home, i would be. you know that.”

“they can keep you at the office even on christmas eve? what paperwork is that important, tenya?”

“paperwork that makes sure that bad people are taken care of and kept away from good people. i know it seems unimportant, but it’s all relev-“

a sigh from your end of the line makes him fall silent. “i understand, honey. just come to bed when you get come, okay? i don’t want you sleeping on the couch on christmas eve. that’s just too sad.”

just as you get lost in the thought of your first christmas together in your first apartment together, there’s a firm knock at your door.

it’s way too late to be the mail, you thought. and.. izuku, ochaco, and shoto already dropped off their gifts earlier, so it can’t be any of them. who the hell is at my door at 8 o’clock at night?

it’s too dark to see through the small hole in the door, so you call through nervously, “who is it?”

a low, gruff voice says back “santa!”

you thank GOD that you have tenya’s number on speed dial, because tonight was not the night for a run-in with some creep pretending to be santa.

it rings once, before you notice the sound coming from the other side of the door.

you press your ear against the door, realizing that it’s tenya’s ringtone.

you quickly swing open the door only to be greeted by tenya iida himself, smiling with arms wide and ready.

first, you jump into his arms and pepper his face with kisses before pulling back.

“TENYA!! YOU SCARED ME!!”

through his laughter, he says “i’m sorry, honey, even though i am flattered that you called me before the police.”

“oh shut up. were you already on the way home when we hung up?”

“i was already outside the building.”

“tenya!”

“i wanted to surprise you! and judging by the way you greeted me.. i’d say that you enjoyed the surprise!”

“of course i enjoyed the surprise, it’s you, after all. now get in some comfy clothes so i can show you what christmas is all about.”

“and what’s that?” he quirks an eyebrow in your direction, clearly not catching on.

“pajama pants, hot chocolate, and shitty movies, of course. plus, since it’s christmas eve, you get to open one of your gifts.”

“really? you don’t want to wait until tomorrow?”

“no way! it’s only one gift, anyway. now go get your work clothes off so you can make up for your christmas eve lies by cuddling me!!” you tease.

he laughs, “okay, okay, fine. i’ll be back in a minute.”

when he gets back, you sit on the floor in your flannel pajama pants in front of the christmas tree.

tenya, eager to follow the rules, insists that you exchange only a single gift.

he opens his first, and finds a signed copy of his favorite novel from when he was young. he wonders how you possibly obtained this incredibly rare object from its elusive author and you tease “you’re santa, shouldn’t you know that already?”

you go next, unwrapping the silver wrapping paper to unveil a framed photo. the sleek, black frame contains a photo of the two of you at UA, back when you were just classmates. you’re sitting on the bleachers next to each other, and tenya was clearly forced to take the photo against his will, but he smiled anyway.

your smiles are young and bright, and tenya’s cheeks are dusted pink at the way you lean close to him (even if you were already in frame before.) due to his massive crush that never went away, he didn’t mind the proximity then, and he definitely doesn’t mind how you pull him into a kiss to hide the tears that flood your eyes.

and when he sips his hot chocolate, looking at you from behind fogged-up glasses, you can’t help but think how you can’t wait to do this forever.

omg yes season 2 tokrev when hello that cliffhanger _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):_ (I'm assuming - again... haven't read the manga... - he will go back in time again and prevent chifuyu's death...?) I like a lot of characters there but baji has a special place (╥ω╥) and that one episode for chifuyu and baji's past???? I broke (chifuyu's hair back then tho)

one of my biggest regrets is that I didn't watch kny mugen train in the cinemas because when I finally watched it at home with my headphones the audio was so damn good and I was literal TEARS (mostly because it was so painful to watch but yes also good audio) the experience would've been so much more impactful surrounded by it in the cinema (｡•́︿•̀｡) ANYWAY I digress season 2 yess!! (I should probably catch up but I'm procrastinating a little so I can binge since the first few episodes are more or less mugen train again oop) but omg so hyped for the entertainment district arc it's gonna be UZUI TENGEN TIME. I like giyu, kocho, and akaza - the one that really ripped me to shreds when I was reading the manga was akaza aha (ง ื▿ ื)ว (also I probably have yelled enough about it in the tags before but ishida akira as akaza is 💯💯💯💯💯)

I like red, black, and white! especially red and black when matched together it's like gothic / evil character / gonna raise hell vibes haahaha (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) what genres of anime/ shows in general do you like? other (comparably) less known anime I really enjoyed are charlotte, shiki, and noblesse (speaking of which I should really get about finishing the webtoon since it's long been completed... refer to previous point of having a Very Bad track record on keeping up with regular releases) but I don't know if they're less known maybe because they're older and/ or smaller releases... the music I listen to... is a mess (ノ*°▽°*) I usually switch from anime soundtracks to kdrama soundtracks to cdrama soundtracks + random chinese songs to random english songs... the one band whose songs I like... considerably more than others is imagine dragons? but even so I don't follow their news religiously so I don't know if I can be considered a huge fan... honestly I’m not even sure if my trial ran out by now? when I signed up for the trial I already had to give them my credit card information so guess they won’t inform me once my trial is over 🥴 but yeah I was planning on keeping it for a bit, figured maybe it’ll be easier to get into it if I don’t feel pressured by the 7 days I got but let’s see how it goes!! so far I only know how to change the background but maybe I’ll get there eventually
