I have never really posted one of these before but often when i have big and overwhelming feelings I open an art program and use colors to try and get them out. A confusing, messy mix of colors that all mean something to me but probably don't make much sense with no context.

Ramblings under the cut. Stay safe everyone.

Recent events IRL and with the election I have been very overwhelmed and stressed, and someone said make something so I did. I wanted to work on an old writing draft but it felt too cheerful, and so I opened MsPaint and tried to doodle for an AU I am working on but after a minute or so I just kinda gave up and let my usual instincts guide me.

I am very scared and I feel horribly alone despite my friends being here and talking to me. It is not their faults, the world is just very scary and stressful. Desperation, anger, fear, alarm, hopelessness. That is the theme for today. I don't have any kind or encouraging words I'm sorry. Stay safe.

WHY DO SHOWS SUBTITLES NOT MATCH THE WORDS BEING SPOKEN

THE SUBTITLES WILL BE THERE SAYING THINGS THAT 100% ARE NOT BEING SPOKEN

I watch things with subtitles because sometimes I struggle to understand what’s being said (I can hear but understanding?) and this just messes me up more? Netflix especially is really bad about this and it is driving me crazy

ok so, how upset is obsidian that his mom and dad are fighting, really? like does alduin just breathe fire on them thinking itll kill ansa but wont harm his kid? or is it more of a huge divorce custody battle thing?

i think its more a custody battle

as spoilers stated ansa has no idea what's going on or really who alduin is except a big scary dragon, alduin is in denial, and obsidian wants them to stop fighting

if forced to pick per situation though he will go with ansa because ansa feeds him and he's bonded with her more.

really obsidian would love mom and dad to stop yelling and flinging swords around and instead feed him and play with him. but dad is very mad so i guess on the run they go

Well. My bookshelves are broken???? I think? I’m not sure

#they’re ikea and the back slate is like not locked in so the two siding pieces are starting to move apart #so the shelves themselves are not supported in place #I found out because I was placing items and one shelf gave out #so I began to investigate #and then more shelved began to give #luckily there was no risk to injury to myself or my cat #but rn I have two half disassembled book shelves and all my books in bags #its just a mess

Looking at the bright side, Zuko now had a three-year-old younger brother to look after. Looking at the dark side, Zuko now had a three-year-old kid he needed to parent while also keeping him a secret from his father because—may Agni help him—the Fire Lord would have to go through Zuko first if he dared to even look at Lu Ten II.

before I played Disco Elysium, I thought Harry du Bois was a co-worker in the precinct you work at and, reading about him being such a fucked up guy, I was literally planning on avoiding him as much as possible in my playthrough... colour me surprised when I found the badge and found out the main character's name
