yo i accidentally spilled some chocolate chips while i was baking and my cyndaquil ate some should i take him to a pokemon center

Okay, I don't want to scare you, but this can actually be serious. Chocolate is poisonus to Cyndaquil, and can seriously harm or kill them if not handled quickly. Please take him to a pokemon center, and they can get it out of him (this happens more than you think)
