Oi. Tomorrow, gonna need to go do groceries again.
I think it's time to be more involved in my own meal planning.
#watched a vid that finally pushed me off doing meal kits for good... :/#going to have to figure out how to efficiently use exec fxning to make sure i eat well and good enough#quite frankly... this sucks. and i may be more emotionally labile rn d/t bad sleep/med compliance again.#it's theory vs practice rn. i know how to meal plan in theory. but actually doing it is another matter.#i have a lot of good building blocks in the larder - don't get me wrong!#it's just a matter of putting it all together w/ good enough variety/comprehensiveness#food/#(and some days nothing in said larder is compelling me to make anything...)
