Actually most heinous, unforgivable part of this event is how dinosaurs are treated as these unknowable mythical creatures full of mystery and not carefully-researched animals we know more about than ever before. Archeologists have found preserved scales, skin, feathers, organ tissue etc and are able to figure out what their lives were like through seeing closely-related similar species and their behaviors (birds aren't just descendants of dinosaurs, they ARE dinosaurs!)

And for Da Vinci, of all people, to act like a baby stegosaurus is some kind of baby unicorn or "more fantastical than a Phantasmal" to where we can't even guess what its animal speech patterns are like, its eating habits, its internal organ systems etc. given our CURRENT SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE I'm actually so disappointed. I thought this event would be like "Time for Da Vinci to get really autistic about dinosaurs!" but no we dont know shit about dinosaurs and now I'm sad.
