It’s funny you mention AniTV being like Marvel movies since Jake’s actor Shawn Ashmore was in the X-Men movies (which while arent part of the MCU, technically are Marvel movies)

To be clear, Shawn Ashmore is a far better actor than I will ever be.

That said... he never struck me as being one of the better actors on AniTV. Nadia-Leigh Nascimento (Cassie) and Eugene Lipinski (Visser Three) both strike me as outperforming him in their scenes together. Still, it's not Shawn Ashmore's fault that he's working off a not-great script, and only has relatively few well-written lines to deliver.

And even if IMHO he's a lackluster Bobby Drake, I can't fault him in Frozen. That is a solidly good B horror movie, and a solidly good Ashmore performance.
