#it's so cold that one of our theaters had bleachers that were 34 degrees Fahrenheit when we checked this morning

I actually spent about 45 minutes cooking a real meal.

It contained a vegetable.

the sauce was a little weird and I think I would have preferred to use sour cream vs cream cheese but STILL.

I'm really really really hoping it won't poison me, since the ingredients were from a meal kit delivered a day late. I'm going to hope that the fact that it hasn't gotten above about 36º in a week means that the box also stayed just barely above freezing (or colder) and I'll be fine but also, if this is my last post, I have died of food poisoning.
