i’ve been getting really into gardening this year :3 i got a big ass pothos vining all over the kitchen and a little farm that’s coming along nicely… i literally can’t stop potatoes from growing. they’re everywhere! and if all goes well, i’ll have a big ass pumpkin patch in time for halloween 🎃

11. Have any pets?

7 cats at the moment. my girlfriend and i run a rescue operation of sorts so the number changes often. right now it’s two himalayan/torties named fincher and sugar. sugar only has half a tail. then there’s a russian blue named cinder, he was found at a gas station in new mexico with two other kittens. there’s half-stache, a bit of a long-haired tuxedo with half a mustache as a facial marking. and then there’s thomas, frederick, and june - all tabbies. thomas pissed on my ps3 last week but he’s still very cute.

12. What sports do you play?

not particularly good at anything but i love shooting hoops. honestly tennis is pretty fun too. gotta get more active this summer for sure

Okay this is a long story.

My grandmother asked me to move in with her back in 2022 so me my husband and son moved in. My aunt was mad basically took my GMA to court to try and deem her incapacitated and lost because my gmas lawyer gave her a physical evaluation proving she could make her own decisions.

We were left alone for a while then my GMA ended up in the hospital I thought she wasn't gonna make it so I called her daughter. She proceeds later to have the police and adult services investigate me claiming I stole money again nothing happened cause we never stole a anything.

Also I'd like to point out I was my grandmothers durable power of attorney. Anyways my GMA ended up coming home and going back to rehab not long after cause she had bad health problems.

Long story short my GMA wanted nothing to do with her daughter after she tried to take her to court and she also changed her will the first time she changed her will she wanted everything sold then a while later she decided she wanted me to have the house and left everything else aside house and property to her daughter and the grand kids.

She ended up passing away in June of this year and the day we tell my aunt about getting passing away she started in on I'm getting a lawyer to contest the will because the no contest clause doesn't apply to next of kin in Michigan. My grandmother named me the executor of her will and gave me all rights to sell any and all property and the house was survivorship deeded to me so it's not even in the will anymore and still my aunt is trying to contest it thinking she's.gonna somehow get the house.

My question is is there any chance she could do it? My lawyer has stated most the time probate won't contest wills but I have bad anxiety and am worried she's gonna somehow get up kicked from the house and btw I'm not fighting on anything I have even told her family they can have what was left to them and they are still trying to contest it acting like I took everything when all I got was the house and property.
