I think whoever invented chicken fried steak/country fried steak should be blown to shmithereens. Sorry you wanted to eat a chicken meal so bad, but why the hell did ya gotta ruin a perfectly good hunk o' beef over it?

#em.txt #man this meal makes me so mad. go fuck yourself tbh #it is because i fucking hate eating most chicken #country steak is always such a shite texture too like it's only a little crispy #it's mostly soggy & falls apart but not in a good way like a melty steak #like a burger patty that's been filled with breadcrumbs but it's not too many fucking crumbs to retain a shape #& it's always either bland all the way through or really salty for .5 seconds & then bland #nobody has ever cooked me one of these in a way that's good #please just cook a chicken in this way instead it will taste better just use the steak for something else man
