I wanna know if Anton's va/creator had any specific regional accent/dialect in mind when deciding on his voice. Bc it sounds like there's maybe Something distinct there, but I can't for the life of me tell what it is. It may even be nothing.

#it's like... east coast or southeast maybe???? idkkkk. all I know it's Not west coast (imo).#idk how much of it is just his (anton's) natural voice and how much is a subtle (US) regional accent #I just really like his voice. it's a little gravelly and it's got a little bit of twang to it. warm and kinda brassy and rich #drops a lot of g's and r's at the end of words. uses a lot of informal contractions.#if any of you are good at recognizing that kinda thing you should tell me 🥺#though I guess that's not like... a voice people know off the top of their head lol #plus it's not really noticable in his in-game sfx. but it IS in the silly live action steam trailer and that one bit of unused dialogue #tbh I'll probably rb this from myself with some of his voice lines attached tomorrow anyway #just bc I want them on this post. bc I like his voice and want an excuse to post it more #but for now I should sleep.
