Plato and Socrates as unordained high-priests - Ficino, I am once again asking how it is you were not done for heresy until the very end of your life.
#the acceptance of the pre-Christian philosophers within the scope of Christian theological world building was very well established by 1400s#obviously - there were so many early church councils on the matter!
