I understand the outrage but fixing the search function was very much in the staff post, there was more in that post then just calling the chronological dash "outdated"

“we need to make it easier to discover new blogs and creators”

ok then. fix the search. you know, the search function that has been notoriously broken for YEARS. that ppl have complained abt FOR YEARS

make it easier to follow tags, allow ppl to filter out other tags when searching thru them, or to search multiple tags at once, and make these functions EASY TO USE and widely known

give a clear guide on HOW tagging works! what will exclude a tag, etc

#Like I know people are angry but at least be angry for the right reason instead of misdirecting it into a non problem #no hard feelings ofc #the dash thing sucks #apparently there's an internal war going on about it that has not been leaked to public #apparently some guy high up just doesn't like the site #would not be surprised if the lightbox was their idea; but that's just an assumption #it's horrendously buggy for me btw #shows different imiges then the ones I tapped on #like the worst recent change; maybe second to the confusing ''just click on open space'' breaking of the prev chaining #i wonder if that was introduced to make people converse in tags less; and actually make additins to posts #well; I'll never know #I refuse to believe it was introduced to make navigation less confusing #that seems like corprete bs to me
