Status: shaking because someone yelled at me
#i just can't handle it#at least i didn't cry i suppose#work related although no one from work#i fcked up#i haven't learned anything from a similar incident more than 10years ago#i've tried to do too much for someone#and because i've said something I've tried to follow through#instead of saying i fcked up and you actually need to do this#it's going to bite me on the arse i'm 85% sure and i just want a hole to swallow me up#and we had the hot water replaced so i can't even go and scorch myself in a shower#and this is me trying to get my head to move on#so i don't obsess over itwhat i could have done and what i should have done and what i might have to do
