#asks#i found it very silly that the transformed side of battles are supposed to be fighting AGAINST phyrexia#yet Invasion of New Capenna works best in a phyrexian-tribal deck#especially with the mite tokens from AWBO#i don't get why this card is like this#it's enemy-colored even though New Capenna is a shard plane#and it's a tribal payoff even though there's barely any tribal support on the plane#the sacrifice effect kinda works with Maestros and Riveteers#and the counters work with Obscura and Brokers#but it's just so awkward#i guess you could play it in an obscura deck?#but then what do you put the counters on? the only tribes are GW citizens and a handful of vampires (many of which require red)#like how did they mess it up this badly when they just released the new capenna set last year?#i think they wanted a battle for each 2-color archetype and just rolled some dice to decide on the plane for this one#maybe they couldn't come up with a good new capenna battle#anyway i pulled 3 copies of sculpted perfection so i made a phyrexian deck and it works good
