hmmm there are lots of writeblrs I admire but @writersblockandapotoftea is one of my favorites cause she’s so dedicated and always seem to be working on her WIP and boy i wish i could do that and she makes music and is just so talented and i’m always in awe of what she does

 well @carrotgirl-1 is just one of my favorite people in general. Her WIPs and stories are so well done and amazing and full of detail and awesome world building and characters who i love with my whole heart. and also she’s just the most precious person to exist and i love her very much

i mean if i had to pick one song it would be this one cause it’s been with this WIP for the 3 different versions i’ve had so i feel like it’s a good representation

honestly @carrotgirl-1 less because she taught me something new about writing and more because she’s pretty much the reason i started writing again so actively. we share so many similar loves and at the time had very similar feeling stories and us just yelling at each other about our WIPs really made me love writing again and remember what was so fun about it.

“I give you nothing!” Both of Isso’s mouths yelled in unison as she slammed one of her split arms on the table. Quarlians had two arms and two legs like Earthens did but at the elbow or the knee the limb branched out into two. Giving the race four hands and four feet. All four of her red eyes narrowed at Victoria as she pointed two index fingers at the girl, “Girl get caught, girl pay!” The harmonized voice echoed in the small bar.

2. Are you religious? If yes, what is your religion?   im not really religious. i was raised christian and then grew up and realized organized religion when run by shitty people sucks. so i stopped doing that. and now i just kinda... float around in this “gods could be real but who knows”9. What is on thing that people always misunderstand about you? mmm idk. im always told that i look scary cause my face is in an almost permanent frown when i’m not actively making an expression. and i don’t talk a whole lot until i get to know someone but man i have a hard time shutting up when i enjoy someone. idk does that count?17. What opportunities have you not taken that you regretted not taking? I feel like i try to take as many opportunities as possible. im lucky enough to have parents who encourage me so i never felt held back or anything. i don’t think there’s anything i regret not doing tbh.28. What scares you the most? my friends all deciding they hate me or are annoyed by me and stop talking to me without saying anything. i feel like this is a very millenial fear38. hi ames, 1 to 10 please

1. Favorite place to write. i already answered this for rose so i’ll just copy/pastethis coffee shop where i’ve befriended the baristas so they give me free drinksalso i just like it (and the drinks aren’t overly expensive)

2. Favorite part of writing?definitely the act of just making shit up and being able to go “hell yeah i’m god” or that moment when you write like the most perfect line or phrase? that’s also very good

3. Least favorite part of writing.the middle bits. like when you have to write the characters getting from point A to point B. like it has a point and its sometimes fun but most of the time it’s just like a slog for me

4. Do you have writing habits or rituals?hmmm lately i’ve started to change the font i write with every week just to change it up and make it not as boring. otherwise not really. 

5. Books or authors that influenced your style the most.Maggie Stievfater is a big one. i try to describe places and emotions like she does but i’m not as good as herIsaac Asimov is great. his ideas are so out there but also so easy to see. idk how to explain it.

6. Favorite character you ever created.how you gon expect me to pick a favorite child? My two favs have to be Marisol (she baby but she angy) and Que who’s just an absolute joy to write and idk i just love her a lot

7. Favorite author.IS IT CLICHE TO SAY MAGGIE STIEVFATER?? i feel like i talk about her too much OTL she’s just so amazing and talented and also just a really cool person and i met her once and she was AMAZING and i’m just star struck

8. Favorite trope to write.already answered so copy/pastedis found family too gay? ok not found family since that’s every gay’s favorite. I nope can’t think of one it’s found family. OH also everyone’s a criminal.

9. Least favorite trope to write.villain redemption. i just... i like evil villains. i like villains that do bad things cause they fucking WANT to do bad things! Not everyone deserves to be good! My favorite disney villain is Shere Khan and it’s cause all he wants to do IS MURDER A CHILD! that’s it! and i love him! 

10. Pick a writer to co-write a book with and tell us what you’d write about.

@carrotgirl-1 honestly we’re already pretty in sync with things we like in our stories so it’d be pretty easy to just co-write something i feel

What's the worst thing about being sick for you?

uhh idk all of being sick sucksbut probably the inability to do anything. I hate feeling like i have to be still when i want to do stuff. today i had planned on going grocery shopping, cooking for the week and making a pie. and instead im just sitting on the fucking couch because standing makes me dizzy
