Here's an idea: blonde pretty boy twink, maybe he's a spoiled rich kid or maybe he's just popular. Either way he's been hiding his pregnancy and is a week or two overdue, either with one massive baby or twins (let's say 10-13lbs). Skinny arms, legs, a beautiful bubble butt and a massive belly he's been hiding with sweatshirts, corsets, etc. It's the middle of a summer heat wave and he's been rolling around on his mattress in agony, the A/C to his studio apartment broken, they won't stop kicking. He's tried almost everything to induce labor. Desperate he waddles to a "discreet" clinic in a bad part of town. The doctor is nice, polite, and gentle at first, getting the twink naked and into stirrups to examine. Turns out he is 3 or 4 cm dilated, and the doctor offers to manually break his water to speed things up. The twink agrees, and the doctor proceeds to flip him onto all fours and absolutely fuck the shit out of him until the twink is just gushing amniotic fluid. But it works a little too well and his contractions are now 30 seconds apart, measuring up to 8 cm now. No time for epidurals or the hospital. The doctor casually leaves the twink alone to quickly shower and change, then comes back in for the delivery. It could be in stirrups or on all fours, but I think the doctor may need to get (or at least suggest the possibility) of forceps

Addendum to my previous suggestion (re: overdue twink at clinic). The doctor is a huge himbo dude bro (maybe as a twist he's the random one night stand that impregnated our imperiled twink with his giant spawn). He has never delivered a baby before but has always wanted to. This is his first day on the job (he's excited). His medical degree is NOT from an accredited university. He's well intentioned and supportive but completely inappropriate and borderline incompetent.

So... many things that made me laugh excitedly. Firstly, a twink carrying oversized babies? Sign me in! I love the struggle and the constant discomfort something like that would produce. And the twink trying to hide his belly? Just... HOW? LOL. (I imagine him trying with massive dildos but nothing works). I would love to see something like that. I love it when guys try to hide their pregnancies and if we add the struggles of a massive belly... again, I'M IN.

The rest is incredibly funny (and hot) to imagine. He's dealing with contractions and these massive himbo is just playing around with him. LOVE IT! The hard fuck working too well, is one of my favorite ways to start the active labor phase. I'd love to see a guy going through a loooong labor while the big himbo is by his side clumsily trying to help. And as a bonus... after giving birth the twink finally realizes the himbo is the same guy who knocked him up, so... what if he leaves the clinic with the next baby or babies already in his tummy?
