Weird question, in the books it’s shown a few times that Jon has a weird amount of strength. ( ie needing several people to pull him back, picking up a grown man by the throat, lifting a eight foot long spear single handed where others failed as a group. Here’s a Reddit post compelling a few of them.

My question is will this come up in resonant, or is it just general book weirdness? And if it is a thing is it something related to tptwp, so rhaegar also has it.

Some of those feats of strength seem to be driven by rage, other than the spear one, which speaks to a lot of the pain/anger Jon's internalized. I could see it manifesting more subtly as Jon being much stronger than his slighter frame would suggest, including when he's younger. Aka a thirteen-year-old Jon being able to match strength to strength against an older teen.

It certainly seems more a Jon thing rather than a PTWP quality he would share with Rhaegar (similar to how Rhaegar seems to be able to influence the emotions of others via song, whereas Jon can't hold a tune). Funnily enough, you can make the argument that HOTD!Daemon shows some of this in S1E3 fighting the Crabfeeder's forces. Just as Daemon approaches Vermithor while singing. I really do maintain that both twins are reflections of different aspects of Daemon.
