Also I can and will argue that given the other stuff that happened in the episode Adrien is not 100% fooled by foxinette after some time. Like in the moment sure, but, he saw her leave before him, then go directly back into the bathroom? Also he saw the multimice. All the Kwami were there, but none of their items? He could connect the dots to the items being there and Trixx being there meaning the fox was around/used. He heard the Plagg Mullo divide thing too, meaning he’d be able to realize you can use more than one at a time.

Also if he did believe it, it would mean that Marinette knows Ladybug’s identity if nothing else. Ladybug, as Ladybug, was hardly able to give her the mouse. (Sorry ladybug you lose the miraculous once chat tells on you)

Civilian Ladybug would’ve had to walk to Fu, then to the school (for Mari), then walk her butt to the tv station as well as get to the top, without her powers but before Chat got his back? I dunno I find that debatable, but the distance between things has never been made clear. If her identity wasn’t known, somewhere in there had to be her getting a disguise as well.

He can say he doesn’t think Mari is Ladybug, but that doesn’t stop him from thinking it, or believing it.
